For me it is hard to imagine a 30+ game. I went for 21-25.

A shooter like him will be sure to get hot and hit like 5-6 from deep at some point in the season. Im thinking 26-30 will be his season high...

21-25... If he score 30+ he'd have to be really hot that game...

I say 26-30. I think it'll come when someone inevitably gets injured.

Not that we don't all want this, but when was the last time a rookie went for 50? I think it was Brandon Jennings in 2009. Iverson went for 50 as a rookie in 1997.

So it is possible.

He will go for a rookie record and will be quoted saying "Just 82 points? Not acceptable. I was going for 101"

I guessed 31-35. I can see a night late in the season where he has gained confidence from the team and goes on a scorching hot night

22-25. He's a rookie, and a reserve, but certainly capable of a few nights like this if given the minutes and the fg attempts.

81. So 82 for Mario. I'll allow it.

36-40. I can see him making 5-6 threes, a couple of foul shots and few forced stepbacks versus 6ers and he might have it.

This. Not to say I couldn't see him going off for 30, I just don't know if he'll get the minutes and opportunities necessary. I think he could go off for a huge number, but the odds are much higher that he doesn't get higher than 25 his rookie season. We'l see though. A few unfortunate injuries and he could be getting major minutes and better opportunities.

Yeah if there's an injury or we're out of the playoff hunt, he could definitely go nuts. But that would mean the team is probably hurting overall.

Zach LaVine got 37 points on 25 shots in 45 minutes near the end of the season. TWolves were the worst team in the league though.
