The competition in this league is the toughest that the RealGM Magic Board has to offer every year. Failure to finish in the top 12 will result in losing a spot and a demotion to the B League as the top 2 finishers of the B League will receive invitations to join the A League.

This year we accepted 3 new challengers because Magic08 decided to drop out.

So here we go!!!

I won't repeat the settings here since you can find them on the site. There is one new change. Yahoo has made an announcement that they have added roster spots for players that go on the Injured List. So I have added 2 spots.

The draft will be held on the forums in classic tradition. The draft order will be snake style and allow for trading. The order is determined by the final standings. If you PM me your cell phone then I will text you when you are OTC. Highly recommend sending me one. It won't be abused. Great means of talking trade too!

How do you guys feel about giving everyone some breathing room on this first round, since it kicked off pretty abruptly? But let's enforce the clock from Round 2 onwards.

Thanks, appreciate it! Yeah, no worries. There absolutely is no clock for Round 1. Everyone needs a chance to know this started. I just asked if stick sent the email because it was almost a day since he was on the clock.
