I really like aaron gordon and think he gas all the skills to be a very good player.the only concern are his injuries and that it will not be easy for him to really develop as a player because of this.
Maybe it would to try for a trade with portland for noah vonleh.i think that he would do very good in orlando with his skillset.almost 6f10 with a 7f4 wingspan, good rebounder,he blocks shots and can shoot.would be a very good complement to vucevic.

Vonleh is a poor passer, lacks the mobility needed to guard stretch fours and he isnt tall enough to be a center. He is a project although he has some raw skills that a team can use like his shooting. He is probably optimally used as a pick and pop guy until he develops and can do other things.

Stop trying to trade players before you even get a good look at them.

People being too hard on Patrick here.
I think Gordon is a bit young to be too worried about "injury history". These are mostly fluke type injuries. Vonleh is still very raw as a project and doesnt do anything extremely well in my opinion. Gordon already has NBA level+ defense.

Patrick is constantly posting things that are absurd and completely out of left field. Half the time it's a complete reversal from an opinion he expressed in another thread or on another day. It's hard for me to believe he's not trolling.
Regarding Gordon's injuries: I agree with you for sure. not a single one of them has been a "repeat" of a past injury. The facial fracture was a fluke due to getting punched by his Brother, and a "bruised foot" is nothing.

We don't have anyone on our roster who falls into the "untouchable" category. All of our guys should be available if the price is right. That said, Noah Vonleh is not the right price for Aaron Gordon. He's an intriguing player in his own right, but you don't give up on a potentially elite prospect after one year for a guy who went 5 places lower in the same draft and has done NOTHING to show he should have been selected higher.

The Magic took Gordon over Vonleh last year and I don't think anyone in the NBA would deal Aaron Gordon for him.
I seriously doubt The Magic have buyer's remorse with Aaron Gordon.

You know I support my I.U. guys, but wouldn't trade Gordon for Vonleh at this point. Using the injury explanation doesn't work either, Vonleh has been injured quite a bit as well. I'm more sorry we couldn't work out some sort of deal with Charlotte for Zeller, but that ship has sailed.
