In addition to Victor Oladipo (concussion) being out, Jason Smith (knee) and C.J. Watson (calf) will not play tonight.
With Oladipo out, Fournier will start at SG, Harris will start at SF & Channing Frye will start at PF, Skiles said.
Utah Jazz
Rudy Gobert (left ankle) is QUESTIONABLE
Rodney Hood (right foot soreness) is QUESTIONABLE
``That’s our job as professionals. We have to be ready for anything. Coach is constantly on guys about giving us sparks and hunt a good rhythm,’’ Frye said. ``We just try to stay ready, we’ve been playing one-on-one and I’ve been barbequing those guys,’’ Frye joked. ``We’re just being ready. You’ve got to understand that some games you aren’t going to play and some games you are. You have to be ready for anything. You’ve got to keep your swag up – as weird as that sounds – to do whatever it takes to stay in shape and be ready.’’
Added Napier: ``No matter what happens, whether I play or don’t play, I’m going to continue to prepare as if I’m going to play. When my number gets called I’m going to go out there and try my best. That’s all that I can give the team.’’
Tobias averaged 23 pts on 47% fg and 48% 3pt, 5.5 reb and 3 ast in 2 games vs Utah last season.
Skiles on using backups to hold starters accountable:
One of the things we're looking for right now is when we're struggling, what I mean by struggling is not missing your shot, what I mean by struggling is blowing your defensive coverages and not being totally focused and into the game... when we go to the bench then we need that guy to come in and do the right thing and that helps hold his teammate accountable. if those guys come in and they're doing the same thing and that's what we've had the last 2 or 3 games then it's very difficult to hold anybody accountable. And then you know players don't improve that way. If players aren't concerned that if I'm not doing it the right way then jimmy's going to come in and he's going to do it the right way then it's not good for team chemistry. We're searching a little bit right now, but it's just one of those things that occurs when we're trying to change the way the whole team plays on both sides of the floor.

The @OrlandoMagic are ranked No. 2 in @NBA in scoring when there is 5-point difference or less in final 5 mins of game.

With a win tonight, the Magic would reach the .500 mark. They haven't been .500 this late in
"Concussions are tough," Vucevic said. "I dealt with a pretty big one two years ago when I fell on my head. With those ones, you've got to take your time. It's your brain. It's the most important part of your body. You have to be smart with it. You can't take risks and try to be a hero and come back too early."
"It's not like when your ankle's hurting and you see the swelling go down and you see the pain going away," Vucevic said. "[With a concussion], it'll be fine for two days and then it'll go back. And you think you feel better and you try to do something and then it'll come back. It's hard. It's your brain. It's tricky in there."
