That's actually really sad.. I was wondering how he was doing a couple weeks ago, I've been trying to spot him at the magic games but it didn't look like he was attending any.

RIP fellow Magic fan, hopefully this forum will forever keep the "Sweater Vest" going.

Probably died after seeing the Magic be the worst team in the NBA over the last 3 years. Most likely broke his heart . . .

He and his wife (June) were aware of the sweater vest threads, and they both got a great kick out of the concept. They are both huge Magic fans having season tickets (I believe ) since the beginning of the team. Jack is the original most interesting man in the world in my opinion. He and his wife have been to every continent on Earth (including Antarctica), been cage diving with Great White sharks on multiple occasions, Safaris in Africa, and whole bunch of other great adventures. Plus, he made sweater vests cool. He also was hilarious to listen to when he was yelling at the refs. One of his favorite taunts was "Get a haircut!" I think keeping the victory sweater vest threads going is a great tribute to him.

Sad to hear. I remember meeting him at the old arena, and telling him about the Sweater Vest Thread. That amused him and we laughed about it. He and his wife are very nice people.
