She's not terrible at her job. If she were, she'd look/sound like she was reading from a script. How many people can deliver all of those cheesy phrases and narrations without sounding cheesy and rehearsed?

Absolutely. Very attractive. She isn't a robot either and seems to be able to talk to the players pretty well.
