Would anyone be willing to unload Payton to acquire Teague?

I'd take Horford in a heartbeat. Such an underrated, unselfish player.

I do not want Teague if it means we have to trade Dipo/Payton/Gordon/Mario.

NBA Trade Machine says we can do Frye and Watson for Teague and Splitter so obviously we should do that.

You would think that we would be making a push for Millsap, considering the play we made for him in the off season. Maybe we like Horford because he has an expiring contract? Basically rent him for the rest of the season, get his veteran leadership to help our guys grow. Teague is a valuable piece that I wouldn't mind acquiring. Two years left on his deal and he has a very attractive contract. We would have the opportunity to extend him or dangle him as bait, down the road. Atlanta's phone is probably ringing non stop. They have many pieces that can be seen as attractive to many different teams.

If only Horford could play PF..

I'd go after Horford if he would play along side vuc...as long as we didn't have to give up much for him since he is an expiring .. teague idk about I like him but I feel like that would send a bad message to Payton and I would deff not give up Payton for him.. so yes to Horford no to teague

I don't even like Payton but it's definitely not a highway robbery. I'd say it's fair if anything. Teague isn't the star we wanted, but he's a good 3pt shooting pg who can get into the paint. I wouldn't hate it.

Going after Teague, I find that interesting but I don't think i believe it. Would have to be for Payton right?

Horford I can see us going after but would not be idea, Millsap as we all know would be.

Good player, yes, but the problem is he's a UFA, so we'd either have to pay through the nose this summer or lose him. If he wants to win now, he might walk regardless.

If Horford is a unrestricted FA then it makes no sense to give up assets to get him.

I thought for the longest time that he always wanted to play the PF position, but was forced into a Center role.

I don't think it would HAVE to be for Payton, Schroeder has been rumored to be wanting a starting role or a trade or maybe the team was interested in it, idk.

Tobias+Frye+Watson+ORL '16 first for Teague & Horford

Horford is an expiring, who could very easily leave. A first round pick for him should be plenty fair. Tobias for Teague is also fair in my opinion. I'd add the LAL pick if Horford would 100% re-sign

If Vucevic and Horford could play next to each other, that's a good team. Good shooting, great defense, solid veteran leadership.

So did I, but after talking to Atlanta fans they feel differently. But who knows..

no they want to give the reigns to Schroeder...and need a starting wing to replace Korver who is 89 years old. They would want one of our wings for Teague

That's an interesting point, if so then they would prob be interested in Evan. Evan and Harris package (maybe Frye as well).

Teague/Horford coming here would be awesome.

Apparently Teague deleted all hawks related stuff off his instagram...

I really like Fournier, I'd trade Payton before Fournier probably. Oladipo could be the backup PG.
