My son and I are going to Friday's game vs the Cavs. I'm not driving so I figure we'd need some time to kill before a cab could make it's way to picking us up. Is there a place around Church St where he and I could get a bite to eat and maybe catch the late NCAA game?

Yes, Harry Buffalo is on Church right on the other side of I4 from the arena, and is basically an all ages sports bar and grille.

There are literally tons of restaraunts around there from the Rusty Spoon to Isla Verde. Too many to mention even. Depends what you are in the mood for.

Thanks for the replies. Just looking for a semi family friendly place where we can relax and watch a game while waiting for traffic to thin.

For what you are looking for Harry Buffalo is right there. Frank and Steins is good, but further down on Church Street. There is an awesome pizza place around the corner on Orange Ave and Church too. Graffiti Junktion is good too. Their Cuban Wrap is pretty good.
