Orlando has won just one game in the last 15 meetings with Miami. This weekend's home-and-home set will give the Heat an opportunity to season sweep the Magic for the third time in four years.

Miami has dropped four of six on the road, while Orlando, 21-18 at home, has clinched its first winning record at Amway Center in four years.

Aaron Gordon sustained a concussion during the Orlando Magic's loss to the Detroit Pistons on Wednesday and will not play against the Miami Heat on Friday, Magic officials said. The injury could end Gordon's season, because the Magic have only four games remaining and because Gordon has entered the NBA's concussion protocol, which states a player must pass a series of tests before he is allowed to return to practice and later to game action.

AN would be nice, but probably Smith or Ersan.

Well so much for the Vuc off the bench experiment. Really wanted to see more of it. It could possibly be Ersan starting with Drew keeping his role off the bench. I don't see Jason Smith starting at PF.

No AG and Vuc back in the SL? So it's whiteside vs Jason Smith. This won't end well.

Fournier-Nicholson-Vucevic

Worst defensive frontline possibly in the history of the Magic?

I can't even remember the last time Ersan played. Start Nicholson!

I see that lineup and raise you a Keith Bogans, Juwan Howard and an Andrew DeClerq for good measure
:o

People actually argued that Bogans was a good defender on these boards. I remember.

If we're planning to bring Nicholson back then keeping him on the bench is probably a good idea. No need to let him pad his stats in some meaningless games and give more teams a reason to look into him. It's bad enough we'll have to overpay fournier after being promoted with a starting role and huge minutes for much of the season.

Let's just hope the final few games here aren't too depressing.

I've said it many times and I will say it again. I love when Elfrid pushes it in transition.

I can hear the Heat fans, I'll be so glad when we play well enough to shut them up!
