INJURY REPORT:
Bismack Biyombo – strained left shoulder, QUESTIONABLE
Nikola Vučević – sore low back, QUESTIONABLE

Josh Robbins
Nikola Vucevic (back) and Bismack Biyombo (shoulder) did not practice today. Frank Vogel said Vucevic did some non-contact work.

Kent Bazemore: Questionable
Tiago Splitter: Out

Hawks guard Kent Bazemore went through about half of practice Monday. Status for Tuesday will be determined on how he came out of workout. Bazemore missed the last three games because of a sore knee, with Tim Hardaway Jr. taking his place in the starting lineup. Atlanta's other recent lineup change is defensive-minded Thabo Sefolosha starting a small forward and Kyle Korver coming in to add offense when needed.

Jeff Green said 99% of the Magic's practice today was focused on defense. Today was Orlando's first practice since Nov. 28.

"That's the biggest thing the last four games: We just let our guard down for whatever reason on the defensive end," coach Frank Vogel said. "We've got to return to form, and it's got to happen a lot mentally more than coming in and having three hard days of practice."

"I know Dwight Howard's numbers are different than they were [a few years ago], but I watch him play and he's still every bit the force that I remember him being," Vogel said. "He knocks you around in the paint. You throw it to him in the post. He's got the lob game. And he blocks shots on the other end. "

Hawks didn't play a game since December 9, win over Bucks.
I belive it will be low scoring game , let's hope that Milsap won't kill us. Atlanta, by talent really isn't that much better team on paper than Magic, if they are better at all.

Seeing how they had 2 days off and a practice, I expect the defensive focus to be there.

I just don't see how we can win this one. Atlanta is a solid defensive team. We have no offense and are at atlanta. The only way we win a game like this is if one of our players gets hot and drops 30 + points or we shoot hot from the 3 point line. Other then that I see an L at the end of the game. We needed to continue our tough play from the road trip and we didn't. Losing these last 3 games could be our downward spiral of the season that we may not be able to bounce back from. It only gets tougher from here.

Hawks remind me of the Magic. They have some great defensive and offensive nights and some horrible nights where they can't hit the broad side of a barn. Should be an interesting game. Appears that Atlanta is playing better basketball last few games after that losing streak ended winning 2 in a row. Not a good omen.

It means Green will defend Millsap and Ibaka will have some time at C. Good, what a present for Christmas to put money on Millsap over 20 points

Oh snap. I can't see Zimmerman playing against Dwight at any point in the game. Maybe against one of their backups for a few minutes. Without Vooch AND Bigmack, I feel that this is a loss.

But, a very interesting game seeing new lineups!!!
