so make a list of the Orlando magic roster of guys you want to keep on this team. and make a list of guys on this team you want go by trade or get cut please ?

I would like to keep Payton, Gordon, Fournier, Ibaka, and Vuc, especially Payton and Fournier, but I'm not willing to say that any of them are untouchable. If we can get either great picks, or a superstar for any or all of those players, then I'm okay with letting them go.

Fournier and Gordon are borderline untouchable unless for a star
Vucevic and Biyombo can be had for a decent player
Payton can be had, I don't think he is worth much on the market though
Ibaka - I don't see a trade that makes sense unless we absolutely know he won't return. Then the Toronto deal actually isn't bad

No one else really matters

If I woke up tomorrow and every player on our team was gone and replaced with other players I'm actually not sure I'd care.

The only player worth keeping is Stephen Zimmerman. I love this dude's game and his heart and hustle. If these collection of losers had a quarter of Zimmerman's desire, we would be a much more competitive team.
AG-I suspect he is a career NBA journeyman when its all said and done.
Vuc- too soft and no heart
Fournier- selfish and will never be a winner
Ibaka- old man about to turn 41 next year
Biyombo- a final piece for a contender. No role in a rebuilding franchise
Uncle Jeff- does this even need a comment?
Hezonja- Euro bust who needs to take his sulking no talent self back to Europe
Payton- career backup. Doesn't have the motor to be a starter in the NBA. Also lacks heart
Jodie Meeks- the SAVIOR but he is the final piece on a contender just like Biyombo
Augustin- there is a reason he has been a career journeyman.

Fourny, Elf, Vuc, AG
On decent contracts these guys are great to have on a roster. For me though, it's not so much that they are untouchable as it is that I'm sure Elf, Evan, and Vuc would end up being absolute Magic killers (just how it works for us) and I'm afraid AG will develop into something seriously special with a team that isn't ours.

$17mill for a 24 year old 6'7 wing scoring 17PPG and can shoot 3's is more than decent in today's NBA.
Maybe the new financial climate hasn't set in for some?

Honestly there are only two players I want to keep. Fournier and Gordon. I'm a big fan of Ibaka but he won't be nearly as effective by the time this team is ready to compete. If this team does it right this next draft is a gold mine, a draft where we could very well find two stars with the right amount of picks.

When you're on track to be a 34 win team, generally I would expect anyone to be available for the right price. Personally, if I were running the Magic, I would take calls on anyone. However, the following would be hard to pry away.
Fournier - his contract is modest, he's producing relatively well considering the talent around him and the team needs scoring. We're already one of the worst in offensive production, very hard to get rid of a guy like that unless you're getting a better scorer back (one for one).
Aaron Gordon - first off, I am not sure Aaron Gordon will be much more than he is now. But, he's on a rookie deal so there's no real financial reason to move him. Unless he's part of a package for a superstar, I'm waiting until the end of the rookie deal in case he is a late bloomer like Otto Porter.
Elfrid Payton - see Aaron Gordon.
Everyone else, I'm listening to anything that makes the team better right now.

I don't really mind anyone's contract in this team except maybe biyombo... he's really overpaid. I could see if we were a rim protector away from contending and we had the money to get him. In that sense it would make it worth it, but he makes no difference for us. For what Fournier brings, I don't mind his contract.
With that said, if I woke up tomorrow and none of these players were here, I really wouldn't care. None of them move the needle..
