Not sure how I feel about it. On one end it seems like an obvious fit but on the other we will continue to be referred to as the Mickey Mouse organization.

This won't bother me unless they put the patch on the jersey's they sell to the fans.

Seriously though, perfect fit. My one gripe is the patch itself. Why the Disney script? Why not the Mickey Mouse head? That logo is so iconic, everybody on Earth knows that's Disney.

I'm okay with it. It's better than a huge hospital logo I'm stuck with on my Orlando city gear.

This wont help our street cred. Not that we had any.

I don't like the patches, but if they are going to do them, then obviously Disney makes sense for the Magic. The patch looks fine and blends with the jersey well enough. It could have been a lot worse, like for example it could have been Amway, so I'll take it.

I generally hate this idea. The NBA as a whole is becoming a massive sellout league whether it be sponsorship or blatant storyline narrative influence in the playoff games or season--then you have things like KIA this and that, NBA "fashion" during AllStar weekend, it's kind of becoming a joke.

It doesn't help that our team is so bad right now, but I NEVER recall this happening in the NFL or even the MLB. It's s shame Orlando is so limited when it comes to pro sports.

Was hoping to see a Mickey head patch rather than what we got, but it is what it is. I hate the advertising as a whole. Now we just need Disney to sign off on our arena naming rights so we can call it "The Magic Kingdom"

Stupid! I hate seeing this team/organization tied to Disney. It drove me nuts, when Dwight was here and the would refer to Orlando as Magic Kindom. F that crap.

Exactly. Having Disney on our jersey screams softness, but they could have at least made some extra effort and stitched the actual lettering on the jersey instead of this thing that just looks like an out of place sticker.

Dude, we were tied to Disney from freaking Day 1.

If Disney was not in the Orlando area, this franchise would of never been named Magic.

Being tied to Disney and being called a Mickey Mouse organization doesn't matter. It won't stop a good team from winning.
