For the past 2 years, I've seen many things go wrong for this team that could of gone right, decision and moves that could of been avoided..
Stared with the year we drafted Mario when I was rooting for Myles Turner.. but I ain't gonna talk about that..

What really pisses me off
Is that with the 11th pick last year, we could of gotten Skall Labissiere and I really wanted the Magic to get him so he could of become our PF.. that didn't happen..

In the last few games of the season, I didn't want the magic to win as many games so we could finish as the 4th worst team in the league so we would have a good chance to pick at worst 4th in this draft.. Cause on my draft board, Josh Jackson was my #1 pick and wanted him as our 6'8 athletic SG.. and last night at 4 we could of had him..
that didn't happen either..

And we could of have traded Oladipo for the 14th or 15th pick this year to get Justin Patton as our Center/PF, cause I think He will be Special and a sleeper in this draft, watch..
That also didn't happen...

I would of Trade Founier and Elf to Dallas for Dennis Smith Jr.

With the 2 2nd picks
33- Jonah Bolden(PF)
35- Wesley Iwundu(SG)

And I didn't want Bizmack B here, but we got him, but wtv... smh

In free agency, I would sign an experience Starting caliber SG and PG on a 3 year deal until both Jackson and DSJ is ready.. then trade those players on their third year with us for picks or a player that fits better and open free cap space to sign our young talented players..

And yes I would still keep Aaron G at SF, I don't care what anyone has to say, I still think he fits there better in my eyes, Vuc, Labissiere and whoever we would get in free agency as our PG and SG would carry the scoring loads... The reason most of us don't think he fits well at SF is because of the pieces he has around him.

The team could of look like that:

Vuc.......................... BB(smh) J. Patton
Labissiere............... Jonah Bolden
Aaron...................... Mario
(Free agent SG)...... J.Jackson... wesley Iwundu
(Free agent PG)...... DSJ.... Augustine

That would of been an exciting team to watch and build around 3 to 4 players.. and everything I mention was possible and could of happened, but for some reason our team management and so call scouts have been incompetent...

And it makes me real mad and was not able to sleep for a whole night thinking about it.. am very pissed when u look at teams like the 76rs, Wolves, Suns, Lakers, even the kings and the bulls are looking more promising than us right now..
Smh.. am done speaking my mind.. Imma go to sleep now..

I don't think this requires a new thread. Can't you just post it in one of existing ones? Nothing new to discuss here except for one ballboy's frustrations. IBTL

The 4th worst record was Philly.. we were 5th...
I remember I was paying close attention to where we were on the table the last 5 games of the season when we just couldn't stop winning as we were 4th on the table with 76rs right behind us and we finished 5th.. so, they jump from 4 to 3, and us from 5 down to 6..

Uhm... No. I have been watching Skall play this past season, and what he showed me are very promising.. very Aldridge like.. on top of it, Skall at the beginning of his college career was projected to be the #1 draft pick for almost half that season till he messed up...
So First, Isaac't hasn't prove anything yet(even though he was my 4th favorite pick in that last night draft and am glad we got him 5th) ..
And second, Issac was never projected to b not even the 6th best player of his draft until at the end...

As a fan yes, but if you very satisfied with how things been going for this team good for you.. your definition of mediocrity and mine seem to be very different if everything that has been done with this team doesn't bother you for the past 2-3 years. Good for you

The reason y I created this post is to share my frustrations about this team and what I think this team could of done better and what I would do if it was me... And I know some people might feel the same way and would like to share what they would of done too and what they would like to see this team done moving forward.. isn't that one of the reasons why we here... If things were so perfect, am pretty sure we would not be here talking about our team...

Maybe you should refresh your memory by looking it up yourself. Sac jumped into the top 3 and Philly had a pick swap with them. If we finished 4th, we would have picked 5th.
