MGH has a chance to make an actual roster which is why we probably cut him before Garino. Good luck to MGH, thought he could have contributed off the bench in 3 and D..

Garino isn't going to make the team either. The roster, for all intents and purposes, is set barring trades.

What really happened here is the Magic did Georges-Hunt a solid by waiving him now and giving him two months to find a new team rather than bringing him into camp and cutting him in final cuts when everyone has their rosters set.

My thing is that he may not just be a 15th man, for all we know, he could be a key piece from off the bench. Hassan Whiteside was considered a scrub who couldn't make it in the NBA, but then the Heat picked him up because it wasn't going to hurt them in any way, and now they have a decent player. It's not really that big a deal, but it wouldn't have hurt us to give him a two-way contract. Unless he didn't wanna sign a two-way contract.

For the record, I'm not saying MGH is even good, cause he didn't show it last year in extremely limited minutes. But we don't know is all I'm saying.

I was surprised we cut MGH, I thought he stay and Garino be cut. Maybe we can add Diamond Stone as a 2 way contract? Just recently cut by the Hawks.

While we're on the topics of our new jersey's, there's like a 14pg thread in the general board with all sorts of leaks of the new Nike jerseys from other teams. Some are good, some are blah but not Magic sightings yet. I'm guessing they're going to be officially revealed soon?
