Still doesn't make sense. Maryland I don't see them winning their conference any time soon. Howell at UNC has a better chance at a conference championship, but still very doubtful. It's for damn sure neither will win a National championship at those schools.

I guess kids are dumb or their parents have to much say so. I mean was Mike Locksley's offense really that good outside of a stacked offense roster of 4 and 5 stars at Alabama?? Don't remember hearing much about him when he was OC at Illinois or Maryland(other than the one year he was rumored to be hired at FSU by Jimbo).

Exactly.

Realistic or not, the NFL is the dream for all of these kids. Snaps at a lesser program is more valuable than riding the bench for a bigger program.

Just look at the schools serving up first round QBs lately. It isn’t always the powerhouse programs.

FSU loses out on 3* OG Kamaar Bell, to Auburn. They also might lose out on 3* OT Ira Henry. Bell and Henry are close friends, went on visits together and are strongly rumored to commit to the same school.

We'll see, Henry commits at 2pm. Bell just committed an hour ago.

4* DB Nick Cross(current FSU commit), has delayed his announcement to another day. Penn State is coming after him hard.

Another likely snaps casualty. Our DB class is absolutely stacked. Competition will be tough.

The heat is going to pick up on Taggart this season. Back to back recruiting classes with ZERO QBs.

We are one James Blackmon injury from going 0-12 like UCF in 2015.

Just in the past couple weeks he picked up a strong sophomore QB transfer with connections to our new OC and a 2020 commit with a long list of offers from top programs.

QBs want to play and most programs just go with one for 2-3 years outside of injury or garbage time.

Most of these guys are going elsewhere as a Plan B, not a lack of interest in FSU.

FSU and OC KB are reaching out to Texas A&M transfer QB Nick Starkel.

Starkel is also looking at Ohio State, Arkansas, Arizona and Georgia Tech.

I'm really enjoying our basketball team this year. Great gutsy come from behind win yesterday. Kabengele continues to be so impressive. I think he is going to start getting a lot of NBA looks here shortly. Especially if he has a strong tournament.

I like this team too. We need Mann and Walker to be more consistent though, especially in the tournament. Sucks that that 5* SG Anthony Edwards cancelled his FSU visit, days after naming us in his final 4. I was really hoping to get him.

New news (to me at least) is that Legendre was unlikely to qualify academically.

I’m a little confused as to why that would get in the way of him coming to FSU but not Maryland. Oh well. That is what people are saying.

Nick Cross says F U to Florida State. Supposedly his dream school. Says F U to his parents. They wanted him to go to Penn State. He has signed with Maryland. Their new HC Mike Locksley, hired Cross HS coach to his defensive staff.
