I think we're staying put at #5 but fingers crossed for #1.

Think the talent drops off a cliff after #4. I have it (for ORL’s needs, anyway) 1 Ayton, 2 Bagley, 3 Doncic and 4 Jackson. And Jackson comes with a LOT of questions.

If we end up at 5 or below this will be a very disappointing evening.

My gut says The Magic get #3 but regardless, this is a very deep Draft and I think The Magic are going to get a very nice player.

Even if the worst happens, everyone needs to know a good player will be had whether it is #1 or #8.

I know we always seem stuck between 4 - 5. Maybe our luck changes tonight and we get 3! I hope we get #1 we just need to have some form of excitement for team.

They have never done a commercial break in the middle of The Lottery before. They really are getting the most commercials/money they can.

The price you pay for failing to even get losing right.

Terrible spot. Best player to hope for here is Bamba and we probably can’t even get him.

We should have fired our coach before the end of the season.

We should considering packaging the pick for a star. Call up Toronto and ask for Derozan.

I knew it! Of course having Weltmans robotic ass repping us gave us no positive chi going into it. Bring back Pat Williams! Same level of pick as last year. A reach. I swear if we draft Trae Young I’m trading my fan card to the Heat.

Most likely looking at Sexton pretty hard here. Much more of a pure PG than Trae. And Sexton is not very exciting.

When we get high lotto picks, the crop of players is weak. This draft has 4-5 high end players and then falls off. This draft really could have netted us a franchise player but now we’re just looking for a starter.

At this point I’d be looking at a wing and see if maybe we find a hidden gem. Mikal Bridges perhaps. I don’t see the logic of drafting a guy like Wendell Carter, who’s getting predicted to go to us early on. We’ve got Gordon who may still return and Issac up front. Need at pg and a reliable wing to replace Fournier would be where I’d like to see the Magic go.

To be fair the order was... Team with worst record in nba, then team with a better record than us, then team with one less loss. So not losing that game might have netted us 3rd, but also might not have.
