I will be counter weight. Its my least favourite prospect in the top 10. He will be very bad offensively with chance to be just bad. Being smart doesnt equal being good basketball player. Making quick reads and good decisions is something entirely different than smooth talking. Defensively nba changed, now you have to be great team defender becouse there is so much space to cover, and he is nowhere near elite prospects like JJJ, even Carter

I like JJJ and WCJ too. I think those 2 would be perfect next to AG + ISAAC
When u say elite, what do you mean?
JJJ is a great defender, great footwork but I m pretty sure he is slower than mo
my only issue with Mo is his pnr defense and motor, and I think he 'll fix these 2 due to his hard work

I like Mo and I hope we pick him if he is available. Otherwise it would really disappoint me.
I’d rather he be picked earlier than our pick if we dont plan to draft him.

One of my main concern with JJJ is he does foul a lot.

Bamba averaged more : points, rebounds, blocks ,staels shoot better FG % , turned ball over less and fouled less than JJJ at college. Why? Mostly because Jaren costed himself PT in every game.
Notion that he is bad player right now over guy like JJJ is laughable.
Their defensive and offensive rating are similar as well.
You talk about him being dumb on offense, yet JJJ has games where he fouled out after 13 min. Isn't that definition of dumb? Keep fouling like fool and costing yourself PT and putting team in bonus ?
Bamba was great rim protector, he is mobile enough to survive outside paint and his shooting outside looks ok, will it translate? Probably not right away but you can question JJJs shooting as well. He made 38 threes over 35 games, it's not like he was Steph Curry out there, and after his breakout game, he sucked so badly from outside to rest of the season ( 2-17 i think )

I don't think Bamba is as mobile as JJJ, however his length covers up for it.

I like him.
Id be happy if we draft him.
Its a coin toss between Trae and Mo for me.
+ I never been wrong about bigs (draft wise)
called Cousins becoming a star before he was drafted...many said he will be a scrub... liked Drummond Turner etc...didnt like Thabeet etc...
dunno ...somehow Im right about centers
and Im always wrong about forwards.
with guards Im propably 50/50

We already have biyombo for the rock hands
The hype is getting too strong for him
He's a freak there's no denial in that but with the way basketball is played nowadays and with the upcoming class of ultra skilled big mens ( embiid / jokic / ayton/ bagley/jjj/wcj) I can't see him succeed.

lol to people comparing him to Biyombo
Have you seen Biyombo shooting form ???
actually I fail to comperhend how can a pro player never learn easiest part of the game...shooting
You ever seen Biyombo jumper you cringe as I do.
I was shooting like Biyombo when I started flirting with basketball and even though Im just an amateur and I practice rarely (there were years when I didnt have a basketball in my hands and I still managed to learn (my form is like Kyrie Irving now and Im solid)
I didnt even have to put much work into it...I just shoot and shoot and shoot and it came.
while pro players like Biyombo cant learn?
Mo seems opposite yeah he is raw but he is already showing he is willing to learn that offensive aspect of the game.
He is a project but length wingspan is there...and I belive work ethic is also there...form looks flawled but still solid and passable
If you could already rate his form from 1-10 he gets 5-6 from me while Biyombo gets 1 after so many years in the league as a pro
I unsderstand Biyombo role was defined by coaches early on and it stick...but that doesnt mean he shouldnt work on it...and from a fan pespective ...every time he pulls a jumper...it looks so awkward like he is doing it for the 1st time in his life
how can you train every day and not learn how to fkn shoot...
Id teach my dog how to shoot by now.

Yes please
Nico batum trained with Mo and was blown away, he said that MO was well ahead of Rudy at same age and he could see mo being the best player in this draft.
Nico has great eye for talent

Batum should focus on improving his game rather than scouting. He is not good at both though.
My bad for the rock hands expression

I meant stone hands ( not english native)

Stone hands, rock hands, whatever. Please explain. This is the first time I've heard Mo has rock hands. Neither have I seen any evidence of it.

I am happy with one of bamba, carter, jackson.

Dream would be to grab bagley but that s not happening.

Sounds like more of a strength and skills issue.
Bamba actually has a nice touch on the perimeter, and if reports are true, he's been shooting really well as of late in workouts.
