and what's the chance Elfrid comes back to the Magic? We not saying 0% chance right? I kinda think around 50% chance.

You think there is a 50% chance Orlando brings him back?

Really?

... really?

Zero % chance he comes back. I was/am still a fan of his (potential still there), but this team is moving in an entirely different direction - one that I am happy with - and PG’s like him have no place on our roster, even if he did take a leap.

The Suns will probably sign VanVleet.

Like I said, he will be out of the league in 1-2 years. There is no place in the NBA for a PG that cant play defense, cant shoot, and give crap effort in pick and rolls. We should have drafted Levine.

I'd take him back as a back up on a cheap deal, unless we are making a trade for a high level PG he would be good with the second unit, and Mario loves him! might keep him here!

Good.

Then we can start focusing on using our cap space to sign REAL stars not salivate over backup PGs

Why would we want backup PG who creates mayhem in our defensive sets, and destroys spacing because he can't shoot to save his life? Isn't it better to keep Mack instead?

I think the Magic’s player development has left a lot to be desired since Dwight left and rebuild version 1.0 began but I think Elf has a lot to answer for when it comes to why he hasn’t developed further than he has and how he now finds himself as a UFA after the end of his rookie deal.

To me he just hasn’t worked hard enough / played hard enough to show he truly wants to be a good starting pg in the NBA. The hair is one thing but his inconsistent effort is why he finds himself where he is imo.

don't see it, suns clearing the roster already have knight and okobo and probably going after an upgrade this offseason. Elfrid will be the kind of guy who will bounce around benches and have 3-4 games a year where he looks good and earns his next little contract on his next team

The shooting is one thing, for some it just can be hard to get but the defense was inexcusable for me. If you can't shoot and are playing inconsistently you can at least give 100% on that end and hassle your man and stay in front of them, mario was the same for awhile where he looked like he didn't care on defense and gave token effort while his offensive output didn't justify that.

Len is the same tier center that Vooch is so I assume that will be one less trade partner, because they could sign him cheap.

Vuc has way more offensive game, any one interested in vuc will be looking at him as offence off the bench. I don't see all that much value there but someone will give up a non performing player/late first for that imo

If Lebron see's the Weltman at his doorsteps at midnight on first day of free agency, he'll probably call the cops.

I hope he finds his niche on a team that can use and improve him.
