I'm an AG fan and I hope our B.I.G. front court works perfectly...but, if by January, it becomes clear that AG and Isaac don't work well together-as in, neither can create offense for himself effectively, we'd have to consider trading AG. He's a valuable player with big upside and a reasonable contract...what could we get for him if he becomes a trade asset?
Kemba Walker?, if I felt confident that he'd want to stay here with Cliff and our young bigs + Fournier. I'd even consider Batum as part of the deal. His contract is awful, but we could get something additional back for that factor AND he's a legit SF who can do a lot of things when healthy. Walker, Batum, Jeremy Lamb for AG, Mozgov, Iwundu?
Who else...Damian Lillard, Lonzo Ball...?

Offer Gordon, Fournier, and unprotected 1st for Jimmy Butler. Then sign Kyrie Irving as a free agent in 2019. The two buddies team up with Bamba,Isaac,Ross to for a strong starting 5 in 2019.

I'd do it for Lillard or McCollum. Not sure the Blazers would

If you're willing to wait half a season to trade for kemba, might as well keep the assets and wait for free agency. AG and Isaac might look a lot different playing with kemba...
LeBron has no need for a young passing PG who still needs to learn to shoot and is coming off major injury... we could probably get Ball for Simmons who LeBron tried to recruit last summer.

Lillard yes, McCollum is a no for me. I don't think CJ looks nearly as good without someone like Lillard next to him.

Stop acting like this team is one player away, they're not.
Trade him for future assets... not a damn position like that will magically fix things, because it won't.

No. I am not trading AG. No to Kemba, either... We are a good defensive team and offense will improve day by day. The young core needs reps reps and reps. And that is the priority more than anything.

Locking this thread since we have a similar one open already about what we can trade AG for.
