Who are you favorite past Magic players and some stories or encounters of past players? Have you personally met a player?

My favorite past player is a tie between Penny and T-Mac. Favorite memory is the 2008/09 playoff run, I used to go to a friend's house. He had league pass and is also a Magic fan.

Never met an American player (never been to the US). I once met a brazilian player that had a short run with the Suns in 05/06 (Lucas Tischer). He's 6'10 and I'm 6'3. I felt short

The old arena for me. There was an energy to that place that just isn’t there in the new arena. The new arena experience is not about basketball. It’s about instagram, a tee shirt contest, some new random girl pitching season tickets on the big screen every timeout. A DJ pounding us with the same 6 songs every possession and a really weak team twitter account that overuses emojis.

So yes, for me the old days were the best when you could walk into an arena that was hopping with energy for basketball. Where you could watch Lebron’s first NBA game ever and see him get postered by a white guy (I was there, an unreal moment) with thousands of people who could not afford normal regular season tickets so they brought a crazy amount of energy to a preseason match. The late 4th quarter runs fueled by a Dennis Scott 3, while the fat guy ran around and took the energy up to 11 during timeouts. I miss that for sure. Those are my favorite memories.

Darrell Armstrong is without a doubt my favorite basketball player of all time. His energy and passion for the game was amazing. Outside of what he did on the court my favorite Darrell moment was when I think it was Tim Hardaway was pissed off, went to the press row and unplugged a TV and threw it across the floor. Darrell picked up the TV, ran it back and plugged it in and it still worked, haha. I had a buddy that met him in the mall while he was wearing his jersey and Darrell stopped him to sign his jersey and talked to him for like 15 minutes.

My favorite Magic memory was I went to the clinching Game 5 of the 2008 First Round series where we beat the Raptors to advanced out of the first round for the first time in a long time. Like PennyShaq said, with the old arena the atmosphere was just electric.

When we were eliminating the Cavs, I started the "Hey Hey Goodbye" chant in my section, maybe in the whole arena. My dad likes to think that I'm the reason Lebron left for Miami.

Obviously Orlando winning their first ever game against defending champions is very high on my list.

The only Magician I met was Litterial Green. He came in to Public to cash a check, and I was the check cashier for him.

Most memorable and favorite moment: Being at the “Orena” when Nick Anderson stole the ball.

My favorite Magic memory was one of the first games I went to, right after Miami acquire Tim Hardaway and Alonzo Mourning. Shaq and Penny tore them to pieces that night. My favorite all time Magic player is Marcin Gortat. Favorite single moment...Hedo buzzer beating shot against Boston.

Went to elementary school with Greg Kites kids he would come around and sign autographs. Met Jameer downtown. Shook Courtney Lee's hand at the club. Shook Nick Anderson's hand.

I'm not including the last 5-6 years of media access.

First Magic games I went to were Game 3 and 4 of the '97 series. So you can understand why Penny is my GOAT.

I was there for Darrell's steal and lay-up at the buzzer to beat Philly during the lockout season where Penny set a triple screen. Greatest end to an ugly as hell game. Don't ever forget that Darrell is the original 'Flash' because of that game. D-Wade doesn't have that nickname claim.

Was at the Hedo buzzer beating win against Boston. Still my most viewed YouTube clip.

Was at a few of those Raptor series games (including the clincher) in 2008. That was our first playoff series win since 1996. So as bad as the Magic have been the past 7 years, remember we went 12 years without winning a playoff series. And yes, I miss the old O-rena. New arena being 4 times the size of the old one means it's not a basketball cathedral like the O-rena was.

Went to Atlanta for the 2010 sweep over the Hawks.

I was at McGrady's ejection game where he booted the ball into the upper bowl. I was at McGrady's 62-point game. I was at the game where we beat Phoenix to end our 19-game losing streak.

If you ever watch the Starters, and they bring up the clip where Ramon Sessions is with the Wizards and the old guy with the 'stache catches Sessions in the front row and starts patting his ass after diving to try to save a ball, I'm standing a two rows back. My buddies and I had won those tickets thanks to the Magic Scavenger Hunt. They milk the hell out of that clip.

I'm leaving other stuff out, and I've met and spotted a lot of Magic guys out in the city.

Best moment I've ever been a part of live: but I haven't been to too many big games. Too damn expensive.

Tmac was the reason I became a magic fan so he is #1 on my list but I have a soft spot for Adonal Foyle. He went to my high school. I remember when they were leaving for the state championship and they paraded the players down the hall before they got on the bus and I see this huge player (adonal) walk right up to me and I high five him along with all the other kids. It was a pretty cool moment.

This might get me flamed, but Dwight is one of my favorite Magic players.

No one has done more wearing our uniform than him, and although he has seemingly turned into a cancer ( I actually think this is rooted in his regret for leaving), he gave us 8 great years (his most productive years by far) and carried us further than anyone could have expected. At some point we have to start giving him credit for his work here.

My all-time favorite is T-Mac though. Favorite moment was the '09 playoff run. Actually that whole season was great.

When Shaq stepped on my foot at a club while crossing the floor. He looked down, smiled and said, "sorry."

That's funny, because that happened at the O-Rena.

You’re not really haggling with him over what the corporate name of the arena was at that time are you?
