In general lot of players from Europe are doing good this year.
We are 50-50 in that, one is allstar other has worst season of his career.

Re: Around the NBA: 2018/2019 edition
We all make mistakes, especially us who aren't getting paid to work as assistant coaches, video room coordinators, scouts and evaluators, etc. etc. Anyone remember when we got our 2nd pick and I wrote a big scouting report on Ben McLemore, wanting him picked a little over Oladipo In some ways, I don't think I was terribly off on him, but I think SAC moved too fast, thinking he was ready to do all these things he didn't even do yet in college. He literally played like J.J. Redick as a base strategy (on how to use him, how to develop him), THEN, there was a lot of potential there for more, if the first steps were done right (get him to focus on defense first, hitting shots off screens and plays first).
The biggest thing is just having more input on prospects for us here; watch 12+ full games from the prospect (some great games, some bad games, some games right on average), make your notes and observations, then you will be forming a very, very good opinion/info to throw out there. Who was always making those draft threads with full college games linked under each prospect's name? That was awesome.

you guys want to get even more sad about this whole thing? doncic wanted to get drafted by magic, he was liking tweets about magic drafting him and all. and there are rumours that he asked not to be drafted by kings and suns.
so be aware of the magnitude of this colossal screwup and missed opportunity that is the last season.

I have to correct you a bit. He never said that he had any preference where to play. Kings visited him in Spain short time before the draft and i think they told him that they won't draft him. Don't believe the rumors because he actually did say for our media that he would love to play for Kokoskov. So any team that would draft him, he would play for, because he just wanted to come over.

A lineup of
DJ
Ross
Luka
AG
Vuc
Would have been so much easier to root for. That’s why nobody couldn’t legitimately say that losing games last season wasn’t in the organization’s best interest. It should never have come down to the final two weeks of games. Ill hate Vogel forever.

to be fair I also liked Ayton I still do but Doncic being a bust was never an option in my head and I cant belive Vlade passed on him for Bagley who rides the bench.
I think many Sacto fans and ATl fans should be put on suicide watch and Im kind of glad we didnt pick In Doncic range cause Id sure be in a mental asylum if we could have had Luka and passed on him.

It kind a makes more sense for Kings to pass on him than Hawks or Suns.
Kings have Bogdan, Hield and Fox.
Suns have nobody that can play with ball but Booker, who probably needs to play off ball more to being with.
Hawks have notihng. They lack talent on every single position. Building around 5'9 -5'10 PG that can't defend or has any athletics was disaster everybody could predict.

These rumors were denied by Luka himself. He loves Kokoskov, Igor is his coach and he also had no problems with the Kings.

Watching Hornets/Knicks they start the game with Hezonja guarding Walker. On purpose. Every possession....

Lakers & Suns discussing trade of Trevor Ariza & Kentavious Caldwell Pope. Looking for a 3rd team per Woj.

MIL made so much cap space in that recent trade, that I think they could let Brogdon go. They can go above and beyond of just resigning their own and if MIL can steal someone like Kemba away to pair him up with Giannis, Middleton, and a decent 2 way big, that might actually be enough to let Brogdon slip thru with a fair contract/SnT now.

Collin Sexton is having himself a nice rookie year. He's not looking like much of a facilitator, but he's averaging 16 ppg on 46/44% splits... 20 ppg on 48/39% over the last 10 games... hard to do on a bad team as a 19 year old.

Who knew all you have to do is give top lottery pick rookies 25-30mpg and let them figure it out without constantly dreading the outcome.

That's not all you have to do. See: Trae Young. What Sexton is doing is an exception... that's the whole reason I brought it up. Most young players given minutes and touches on a bad team would look like low percentage chuckers.
