From my understanding, it's not on TV but available to stream through the fox sports go site or apps https://www.foxsportsgo.com/event/460708/nba-preseason-san-antonio-spurs-at-orlando-magic

Fyi I don't have a TV package with Spectrum, but it's still letting me watch online.

I have Fox sports app on my Roku and if you have Spectrum internet you can watch the game. You just log onto your Spectrum and give the synchronizing code from the app.

Agreed. Gotta figure he'll get better at finishing at the rim as he gets more experience against NBA defenses.
