Trade idea thread

We all can tell this team isn’t going to win a championship as currently constructed. So what trades would you make to turn this franchise around? Will we trade for youth and picks or go for a playoff push this year?

Vuc/augustin/AG for any young guard talent

Vuc waived so he can sign with a playoff team.

Vuc for an expiring.

Vuc to a team with cap space.

Fournier for (almost) anybody whose contract doesn't exceed his.

Those are my proposals to make this team better.

If Toronto is committed to going for it, maybe try and trade for Delon Wright while taking on Norm Powell's salary for someone like Fournier? I dunno if we'd have to add value since Evan has been so bad.

I would do anything to get rid of the contracts of Vuc, Fournier, and DJ. That is 43mil right there which is insane that we are spending that money on these losing players.

This trade would be more of a clear the books trade.

Orlando in: Bogdanovich, Shumpert, Koufos and a 2020 lottery protected 1st.

Kings in: Vooch, Fournier and Iwundu.

Magic get a solid young player in Bogdanovich who can shoot the 3 ball pretty good and a future first while clearing some cap space.

Kings get 2 solid vets to help lead them towards a playoff push. Plus Fournier’s deal won’t kill them long term.

Usually my favorite threads, but also brings out the most haters. To say that players values are skewed around here would be an understatement. :D

Vuc to the Nets for D'Angelo Russell and Alan Williams (+non guaranteed filler).
http://www.espn.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=ya376qgn

Nets do it because they get more cap room this year

If we get this done, we could try Fournier + Mozgov for Otto Porter Jr and a filler contract. Line up would be DLo, Otto, AG, Isaac, Bamba/Birch.

Fournier to Portland for Evan Turner (I think he could be a capable half court initiator, sort of like Batum but worse shooting)

I like the Vucevic for Russell and Williams one. Maybe involve a 3rd team to send Vucevic to.

Fill in blank ________ for competent starting PG.

Vučević is Orlando's best player, snd he won't be here next year. And thus his value is to get a starting PG that is a risk.

Frankly for me the only trade idea needs to be around Vučević for Kemba Walker. Neither team has anything to lose in that. Yes Orlando needs sweeteners (and Simmons is currently untradeable).

Vučević and the Magic's 2020 first for Walker at least needs to get a conversation started between Charlotte and Orlando Right ???

..

it'd be more like AG for Kemba Walker, which I'm for
