Tough one but probably Vuc for being steady throughout. But DJ made big plays down the stretch, we might've lost if not for that.

How does AG score 16 points in the 1st half and we just completely take him out the game second half? This needs to stop happening and Clifford needs to address this.

I gave the narrow edge to Vucevic over Gordon. Augustin came up big at the end, but he was a bystander for most of the night.

Ross , Vuc and Bamba were the only ones. Fournier forcing shots didnt help. I just think AG needs to demand the ball more. He needs to make himself more available since we dont have a playmaking PG on this team. Need to see more leadership from him if he thinks he really is the best player on the team.

And I meant more efficient in the 2nd half specifically. Gordon was 5-9 from the floor in the first half.

WE all want to win but we need to build LONG-TERM winning habits. AG + Bamba + Isaac(if he ever stays healthy) are the players that are going to be our cornerstone to winning in the future. Vuc is gone after this year and I suspect Fournier days are numbered too.
Need to get AG involved more in the offense and giving him creating opportunities. Ball needs to be on his hads more. Tired of watching Fournier and Vuc euro bro love and ignoring everyone else. So tiring.

Not forcing up bad shots and playing within yourself when you're having a cold half is the very definition of building winning habits.
Should he force the issue and take even MORE shots in a cold half just because he might be the only guy on the floor who is guaranteed to be here next year? Obviously not.

Whatever method its clear this team is trying to win this year. We really wont know where we are going until we can see what Isaac is or is gonna be capable of. We desperately need his defense. That and the PG situation needs to be fixed. I just dont understand that if management wasnt taking this year and really wanted to win, you really think the PG rotation of DJ/Grant was our best option?

Augustin for the simple fact that He hit a huge shot, threw a great lob to Ross, and hit some clutch free throws down the stretch.

I voted Augustin because he quietly had a competent defensive effort to keep Wall in check. Keeping the Wizards' guards from a big night was what this game was about, and that success lays squarely on Augustin (and Fournier).
