Mo and Ross saved the game. No Ross= no opportunity for Evan to close the deal.

I vote for Ross with honorable mention going to Bamba. I remember Favors killing us last year, I think Mo helped neutralize him.

100% Ross.
Vuc struggled most of the game offensively, but played pretty tough otherwise.
Evan hit some shots early which is cool, but other than that he was trash most of the night. One of the poorer decision makers on the team.

Ross.
Vuc helped late when we needed a bucket.
Shout out to the young bigs, protected the rim really well tonight.

Tross with JI/Bamba brought us back and built momentum for the starters to finish. Vuc had some big plays towards the end so he gets the second vote.

Of course I voted Ross. Perfect with the three ball and 89% with his overall FG%. Two steals on no TOs.
But one really needs a cummerbund for Simmons. How in the heck did he end up with an amazing +/- of +21 ??? And he did that in only 21 minutes played. In other words, for every minute Simmons played, the Magic outscored the Jazz by a point!
..

Voted for Ross. Vuc didn't shoot the ball efficiently but still had a good game.
We got active Bamba tonight which helps us so much. Played good defense along with JI. AG with another underwhelming game but it was good to see Evan play well.

I have this on my phone's play list. WHat's great is that in the UK, 80s style music is in full force right now.
Yes I did just re-listen to this.

After the game, NBATV analyst Dennis Scott said he played like an all-star. He added that when an All-Star’s shot is not falling, they find other ways to help their team win.

I'm really happy for Vuc that he is getting serious all-star consideration, he deserves it. He was having a bad shooting night but still was making good plays in other areas and made some key buckets. There was that 3 he made in the 3rd followed by going up strong and drawing some free throws that helped get us back in the game when the game was slipping. In the 4th he had a couple of clutch baskets and freethrows. 3pt game and he makes a couple of free throws, that jump hook over Favors, a cutting lay up off the roll, assisted Evan on his short floater, and assisted AG on that corner 3 which time was the dagger.
I notice he is going straight up and using his lenght when contesting shots instead of bringing his arm down which gets you called for fouls. Feels like the other players on the team are doing the same, I give the coaching staff credit for drilling this concept in their heads.
But we don't win this game without Evan's 10 first quarter points during the turnovers fest and Tross heating up like the microwave in the 4th.
