This is another issues with drafting bigs, their injuries are simply worst. People are not built to be 7 footers.
Not necessarily bigs per se. Often heard remark around here in trade topics lately is that Jrue Holliday is injury prone - this is due to recurring tibial stress fractures and he's PG.
