Nikola Vucevic - 75%
Terrence Ross - 90%
Jerian Grant - 0%
Jerell Martin - 0%
Khem Birch - 100%
2. What are your team needs and the overall short term goals of the team?
A lot is dependent on the progression of Markelle Fultz, but I'm realist and don't think management will alter plans solely on him so we'll pretend he doesn't exist as of now.
Needs:
1) Point guard depth
2) Shooting at the wing
3. Is there any reason your coach may not be in place next year?
Hell no, we love Clifford.
4. Who are you willing to trade?
No one is untouchable for the right player in theory, but realistically DJ Augustine & Evan Fournier.

4. Who are you willing to trade?
1. Birch 90%, Vucevic 75%, Ross 75%, Martin 0%, Grant 0%
2. The team needs a long-term starting caliber PG (fingers cross this ends up being Fultz) as well as better shooting and better ability to create off the dribble from its wing players.
3. None whatsoever. Clifford has done a very solid job given what he's had to work with.
4. Everyone is available for the right price. But Fournier is No. 1 on the list by a wide margin. Gordon probably has the most value and I could see them potentially flipping him for wing help depending on how the rest of the season and the draft shake out.

1. Birch 25%, Vucevic 33%, Ross 50%, Martin 0%, Grant 0%
2. PG, SF. Making playoffs.
3. No. Cliff did a good job this season.
4. There are no untouchables.

Isn't Iwundu a FA as well?

Team option for $1,618,520 that they have to decide on by 6/29/19.

Thanks. I checked HoopsHype but they list no salary option next year. I see that B'ball Reference has the number though.

These stats might be correct but they are independent. I find it hard to believe the Magic can find the salary lines to sign both, but one being resigned, that seems nearly certain.

They have full bird rights on both players, so they certainly can sign both players if both players want to return.
If you're saying they may not *want* to pay them both, then sure. But that's a different argument. They most certainly can if they want to.

Orlando can sign no other FA if they ink both, except on minimum or rookie offers. Indeed the Magic would need to relinquish their Bird rights to one to be eligible to sign a FA (unless a trade is made to free salary).

What would be a few good realistic returns for Fournier and Augustin?

What wing help would you request for Gordon?

Sign and trade him for Kevin Durant!

Not all of these guys are on the block obviously, but there are several wings that have similar salary to Gordon who potentially could help the Magic if they were to be made available.
-Gordon Hayward
-Zach LaVine
-Gary Harris
-Victor Oladipo
-Andrew Wiggins
-Jrue Holiday
-CJ McCollum
-Harrison Barnes
-DeMar DeRozan
-Bradley Beal
Factoring in injuries, I don't think any of these guys listed above are completely untouchable to their current teams. Obviously several of them likely won't be moved. Others would require the Magic kicking in additional assets, either draft picks or more salary. Some of them the Magic might not be willing to deal Gordon as a centerpiece for said player.
It just feels like the quickest and most painless way to balance out the roster would be to trade Gordon for a legit NBA wing and let Isaac man the PF slot permanently.

You would trade Gordon (and Augustin as cap filler) for Hayward without any added incentive from Boston?

What would the Celtics need to add to Hayward for Gordon and Augustin?
