OT:
Evan Fournier makes two point shot (Nikola Vucevic assists)
Evan Fournier makes free throw 1 of 1
Evan Fournier makes 16-foot step back jumpshot
Evan Fournier makes free throw 1 of 2
Evan Fournier makes free throw 2 of 2
Guy scored 7 of Magic 13 points in OT and game tying layup for 110-110 before OT.
Ross just keeps doing his Ross stuff. Taking rushed shots. Once in a while he'll look like this, when he is human torch, but he'll shoot you out of game lot of times as well.
Prior this 4 games winning streak, in 4 games before, he shot 17-54/ 31% FG overall.
It's just speeks volumens that Evan has zero fan votest vets on forum where they litearlly everybody hates him, while he is averaging 15 -4-3 despite having 15 games where he scored at least 20 points.
People use vague data like "team is 5-10 when he scores 20 it means he should not shoot" as gospel, yet if you go to see what happends when other Magic players shoot more you get things like:
6-14 when Gordon takes more than 15 shots
9-14 when DJ takes more than 10 shots
7-7 when Isaac misses 60% of his FGA
it's just cherry picking to make argument for or against xy player.
Guy has bad year, we all get it, but amount of heat he gets for being solid despite shooting struggle and ZERO vests for a year just paints picture of fans on forum who hate him for no reason.
Ross was our offense during regulation when we couldn't score. David Steele said numerous times "thank god for Terrance Ross tonight". I'm glad Evan did well in overtime but we wouldn't come close to overtime without our rally which was due to Ross.
The fact that you can't give Ross any credit maybe you hate him? Maybe you have some personal bias? It just speaks volumes...
So who producted more points:
31 points 0 assist guy
or 27 points 6 assist = 14 additional points ) 41 points total produced guy ?
NBA math at its finest. When do we subtract all of the points Evan gave up on the other end too? Guy's defensive IQ has to be the lowest among rotation players.
