Mission accomplished

Post#1 » by iTs JusT zo » Wed Apr 17, 2019 2:31 am

All you want to do is win 1 of 2 games on the road in the playoffs. ESPECIALLY when you are playing a 2 seed as the 7.

Toronto needed this game for the future of their franchise... The magic needed it for icing on top of the cake.. It showed.

Now, best of 5 and 3 games at home.

Homecourt is ours. We need to be loud and crazy and support our team and give them that extra bit of help that it will take to put this team out of their misery.

Magic win game 3 and 4. Lose game 5 and close them out at home game 6.

This is not the time to get down on our team! This is the time to rise up and fight with them. They had their turn... NOW IT'S OURS!

GO MAGIC!

We are now 3-3 against the Raptors this season. If things continue in this manner Orlando will win the series in Toronto game 7 and advance.

This.

Already put game 2 in the rearview and excited to see the team back at home where we have played some very good basketball at.

Coach was pissed after the game. We’ll bounce back. We really need 6th man in this game to rise up and cause havoc on the visiting team.

Maybe if Kawhi is gone after the year, He can help us advance?

Taking one game at their homecourt was icing on the cake. I hope we protect our homecourt.

Cliff knew they were not going to win this game early on. He held Vooch, DJ and Slim to 25 minutes or less to conserve them for the next games.

No matter what happens, in the words of Otis Smith: "I like our team".

We have improved 17 wins this season and won our division without a superstar rookie. That's very good.

I like the sentiment here. Last night sucked but the Magic were due a horrid shooting night. It hadn’t happened in a long while. We’ll bounce back at Amway. We’ve got to start playing more physical though, Siakam Leonard and Gasol owned us last night. Only Gordon really played strong style in the paint. Who despite losing, has really showed up for us so far. I think Bamba being with us could have helped last night. That’s a glaring team weakness I’ve noticed this series so far. Magic need an enforcer up front.

I don't think skinny Bamba can be an enforcer, but his length could sure alter shot trajectories.

Agreed on Bamba currently as an enforcer but he could still block shots and was effective defensively till he injury. An enforcer would be a guy like Zaza Pachulia. Magic need a guy like that to add some stress in the paint.

Birch is kinda enforcer. He is not long but strong as hell and athletic. Seeing this series i am more positive about Bamba future though. His skill set would fit perfectly. I think for Weham there will be huge amount of precious information. its like whole Toronto organisatuon is working right now to show us where we need to get better
My money is on Banchero going number 1 !

Hah, I remember back when Zaza was on our team.
