Favorite Non-Magic Player?
I have to go with Bradley Beal. I'm a Gator homer, and he's just so good. Great attitude, wants to win, good teammate. I really wish we could have found a way to bring him here.
Giannis is probably my second just because of his unbelievable talent and the fact that I still don't think he's realized his full potential.

Durant
Leonard
and some " i used to watch them when they were nobodies " bias toward Doncic, Saric and Bogdanovic. Especially Saric since i remember him when he was 11 y.o.
"Must watch "- is easly Giannis, incredible athlete and every play he makes is remarkable.

tbh i like both.
Remember watching boths when they just broke into "popualr "basketball ,one returned from Real Madrid B squad ( Bojan, Jazz) as scrub at age of 21 and saved his career .
Other was yelled at by his coach in Partizan all the time

EASY- Steph Curry
Every fan's favorite team that's not the Warriors should have Steph Curry as their favorite player NOT on their favorite team. So everybody on here should say Steph
Or I'm taking it as a joke/ Your messing around

Steph, Leonard, Dame & because i became a NBA fan in the early-mid 90's, i always loved dominant Centers, Embiid (only as a player not his personality)

Re: Favorite Non-Magic Player?
Defense is something I appreciate more than most these days.
Kawhi has been my #1 pick to build a team around for a while now. ... I do admit that Giannis could overtake him on my board soon.
I got into a discussion with a friend here in Texas (when Kawhi was in San Antonio) about Harden vs. Kawhi to build a franchise around. We both passionately defended our clear and obvious, “no brainer” choice ... while each siding with a different player.
It’s hard to sit here today and feel any less sure of myself.

Re: Favorite Non-Magic Player?
Separating the person from the player, the answer is easy.
LeBron James
A once in a lifetime hybrid of Magic Johnson's skill set with Karl Malone's body and Dr. J's athleticism.
I get that LeBron's personality rubs a lot of people the wrong way, but he's one of greatest players in the history of basketball. That's significant to me.

Re: Favorite Non-Magic Player?
I love watching PG's that are great and willing passers, and that can break down their opponents with great handles and drives. So my favorite are CP3 and Irving. Paul George is my favorite non-PG though.

I'm a huge Harden fan, but I think last season answered that question.
Kawhi is meh in the regular season and a monster in the playoffs. Harden is the inverse
