Dont know what to say.

At least we have ol' reliable whenever a game thread is needed lol. I really want to see a better effort from the Magic and better control of the rotations from Coach Cliff along with much better game plans heading into matchups. I thought one of the reasons we played so well last year in the 2nd half of the season is because of how in control Coach Cliff was with the rotations along with us being prepared in each game.

I will be paying attention to the mental makeup of this basketball team as they play another good opponent in the Nuggets. Will they wilt again or will they play angry after the Bucks embarrassed them last night? Cannot let Jamal Murray and their guards go off on us.

Feels like a 7-8 point loss. We probably keep it close for most of the game and play with more energy after Cliff ripped them in the post-game last night but this team is just better than us. We haven't yet looked ready to compete against good teams and I'm doubtful that changes tonight.

Markelle Fultz is starting.

Thank you Coach for making the move to have Markelle in the starting lineup. His height and length alone will help in the pick and roll defense, plus he is just more natural as a playmaker than DJ is. With DJ on the bench, his shooting gravity should help Ross get some cleaner looks. It is up to Ross to knock them down.

Agreed. Tighten up the rotations and ensure there are at least two starters in with the bench group at all times. The way they gave up the lead in that Milwaukee game was just sad to watch.

Agree, I think Fultz with the starters and DJ with the bench is going to be a much better balance of playmaking and shooting

Haha! Haven't heard that one before, it's good!

I'm feeling a surprise win. Cliff will have everyone fired up with something to prove. I'm expecting extra ball movement, more of Vuc in the post, more good scoring from Fournier, possibly a surprise big scoring night from DJ.

I'm also expecting Cliff to stagger rotations tonight to keep a starter in with the 2nd unit at all times.

Just got a Bleacher Report alert. Fultz is starting tonight.

wow, good luck to fultz on his first start here... please stay healthy and don't get yourself demoted.

Let's hope Fultz cements that spot in the starting lineup.

What do we have to lose? Not guaranteeing he will be better or that this is the magic pill that will fix everything for us, but if we are going to be a borderline .500 team either way, why not start the younger guy with upside?

Jamal Murray seems to always make everything against us hopefully Fultz helps that.

Wonder if this had more to do with giving the bench units more offensive balance.
