Living in San Antonio for most of my childhood, I always get hyped for this matchup. Really hope we kick their ass tonight. They are the midrange masters though so even though our defense is designed to force them into those shots, we need to do a good job contesting and more importantly, rebound the basketball. This team is not athletic at all so we do have the advantage there. As long as we do not make mistakes and play at a decent pace, we should be able to beat them.

Really hope we do not fall for DeRozan's crappy pump fakes and send him to the line. Have to stay attached to Forbes and Patty Mills and make sure we attack them along with Marco whenever they are on the court.

Worried the Magic will be tired from a night out trying on uniforms.

Some of our players might be thinking during the game, Please don't trade me to the Spurs for Derozan. But Derozan might be thinking I rather play for them than stay here.

These are some of the best athletes in the world, plus Mo Bamba. I think most can handle a night out wearing a jersey walking around indoors.

Another very winnable game. The team seems to be trending in the right direction. Winning tonight and Sunday against Washington would continue to build momentum before having two days rest and going to Toronto on Wednesday.

Isaac vs Derozan is going to be a very fun matchup to watch. Alot of their offense comes from Derozan iso's, so Isaacs defense tonight will be key as always.

I'm guessing AG will be tasked with DeRozan and Isaac will get Lyles.

Clifford seems to prefer to have Isaac closer to the basket defensively because of his rim protection skills.

I haven't watched many Spurs games but it looks like Lyles is starting at center for them. Seems like Isaac would either matchup against Derozan or Aldridge.

He is, but cross matching happens all the time.

I expect Vucevic on Aldridge.

I'm just remembering the Heat game last season when they had the long ceremony retiring Bosh' jersey. That contributed to them losing the game and getting knocked out of the playoff race.

I just think they could've did that stuff in the preseason.

Oh yeah and Bamba might be the best athlete on the team, he's just hindered by an injury right now.

I hope we can see that part of his game sometime soon.
