Career high in scoring for Fultz tonight.

Sweater Vest poll better be between:
a) Markelle
b) Fultz
c) The PGOTF

Evan is playing at an all star level right now. Hopefully we can find a balance when Vuc gets back while still developing Fultz

Tonight the pepe brigade and the Fultz fans can both celebrate

Maybe neither side sucks? What do you say pepe?

Fournier deserves the vest. He isn’t getting nearly as much recognition as he deserves with all the talk of Fultz and Isaac, but he’s quietly keeping our offense afloat.

Not so quietly!

Fournier is averaging 25.8 PPG on 63 TS% since Vucevic went down :o :o :o

I said it after the GS game, we need to start discussing Evan as a potential All-star this year. He has been on point, playing the best basketball of his career, and at a sustained level. We are around .500 or better in late Jan and Evan still producing like this that's All-star worthy.

Tough decision, could have easily gone with Fournier, but I wanted to give it to Fultz for his career high in his hometown in front of his family and friends.

Have to go with Evan. He's hitting shots like a mad man right now.

I voted for DJ. I'm not a fan of his game, but it's pretty difficult to argue with the night he had. He single-handedly got us into the penalty early in the fourth and hit some pretty stupid shots. Evan shot well, but he had a pretty rough night at the defensive end.

I think we would've run them out of the building if our transition defense was better tonight.

Two things for me:
1) Fournier gave up tons of points on defence (more than he scored), and thus is for me not a vest winner.

2) This game was won by the bench and the best bench player, Mr. 4th-quarter clutch, was Augustin.

Frankly I do not know why Augustin is not sweeping this poll.

Last year Fournier had not adjusted from SF to SG. Using this last off-season, he clearly looks more comfortable on offense.

It is critical to note in this that he often has the hardest defensive assignment whilst putting up his 20 ppg numbers.

Currently Fournier is #5 in SG PER (second in the East).

20 ppg
3 rpg
3,3 apg
48,6% FG
44,7% FOR 3
84,6% FTs
58% eFG
62,4% TS

Can't ask SG to do more than this. Players who do more are payed $30M

This isn’t going to last all season, but if Fournier could just stay at this level until Vuc comes back it would be huge.

Tough one, Fournier was awesome scoring wise, but played poorly on D, DJ did great scoring wise and his lineups killed in plus/minus, but he also played against some really poor Wizards lineup, Fultz did very well offensively and was better than Fournier on D, but was mostly defended by the worst defender in the league in IT. DJ it is in the end, by a whisker.

I have been enjoying this scoring tear from Evan and happy for him that his shot has returned to him. His defense was not the best but guarding Beal is hard for most in the league. Kudos to DJ and Markelle who were both great along with T. Ross. AG was solid for the most part other than some questionable shot selection in the 3rd. Evan is who stood out for me tonight and thus gets my vote for the vest.
