Easy vest for Gordon. 13-15 is the most efficient shooting game of his NBA career.

Evan was the easy pick last night. AG is the easy pick tonight.

Most field goals by a Magic player, with maximum 2 shots missed:
1. Shaquille O'Neal (15/16, 14/16, 14/16)
2. Dwight Howard (13/14, 14/15)
3. Aaron Gordon (13/15)*

Note* Gordon's included 5 three point makes, more than double what Shaq and Dwight had combined in their entire Magic careers.

AG vest, easily with a monster game. I've been super critical of him, deservedly so because he has played horrendous, but this was a massive breakout game. Keep picking your spots like this instead of forcing plays. Historic franchise shooting night for him.

Welcome back AG. Please stay like this.
The hero Orlando deserves is out there somewhere, Dwight was not the one we needed. So we will hunt for him...

Anybody else noticed AG's form on his 3 ball looked different this game? For most of the season he's been pausing at the top of his jump and then releasing the ball. This game he was releasing the ball on the way up. Keep doing that AG.

Both starting forwards and Fultz were the only players that played competent defense in this game.

I like Fultz for a cummerbund, after the obvious vest winner.

Bamba was amazing on defense as well.

Great game by AG. Outside of that one ISO contested jumper (which he made lol) he took at the end of the 1st quarter, I loved his shot selection and his approach to this game. I do wish that Aminu has a speedy recovery but AG is going to be the biggest beneficiary of his absence because he is now playing his normal rotation minutes again at both forward spots. I really hope this is a sign now that he will be putting up good games more consistently cause we are going to need him. He easily got my vote tonight for the vest.

Shoutout to T. Ross (another guy who is putting it together again), Markelle, Evan (loving his floor game on offense these days), Birch, Wes and Mo Bamba. So many guys played well.

If AG gets back to the level he was at last year I wouldn't expect Aminu to have a spot in this rotation when he gets healthy. He was already out of it before injuries to Isaac/MCW/AG/Vuc. He is just not very good and we are better when those guys are out there. It was always a bad signing imo but hopefully, we can move him for something at the deadline.
