OFFICIAL: Fantasy Trade Ideas Thread 2019-2020 Season

While bored at work and browsing through several different team boards, one thing they all kinda have in common is that they have a dedicated trade thread. I know we tend to discuss trades in almost every thread, but thought it would be a nice change to centralize trade ideas and for other outside looking in fans to get a glimpse of our thoughts/suggestions on our/other players and be able to comment directly (from a outside perspective POV).
This thread is not meant for exaggerated, not realistic trades, but actual ideas that make sense for all parties involved. No, Dallas isn't trading Luka for Josh Magette and top 55 protected SRP
Would love to hear everyone's suggestions on what they personally think we should do (all trade ideas are welcomed no matter how big or small) and please let's try to have constructive criticism instead of bashing someones idea, some of us including myself tend to wear homer glasses and over value our own players so let's keep it civil.
Mods: Please delete if you feel this is a duplication of speculation thread and/or please sticky if you deem it necessary.

A lot of questions/concerns I've seen floating around
- Can AG and Isaac coexist?
- Is Isaac better suited playing the 4 longterm?
- Does euro-ball Fournier solve our SG concerns?
- Do we trade AG potentially as a sell-low scenario for a better fit player?
- Should we trade for Derozan?
- Do we play better when Vucevic is off the floor?
I'll start with a couple of trade ideas of my own.
Boston Celtics Outgoing/Orlando Magic Incoming
- Gordon Hayward
- Carsen Edwards
- SRP
Orlando Magic Outgoing/Boston Celtics Incoming
- Aaron Gordon
- DJ Augustine
*I like this trade because it doesn't effect 2021 summer plans and gives us a young backup guard we could develop. Hayward also provides the scoring and ball handling we need.
Potential Depth Chart
Fultz/MCW/Edwards
Fournier/Ross
Hayward/Iwundu
Isaac/Aminu
Vuc/Bamba/Birch
SAS Outgoing/Orlando Magic Incoming
- Demar Derozan
- Derrick White
Orlando Magic Outgoing/SAS Incoming
- Aaron Gordon
- SRP
*Not sure how SAS value White with Murray extension and Forbes/Walker playing well, but this trades gets us an elite scorer without giving up Fournier which would work well around good defenders, White would be the icing on the cake and a great 6th man/fringe starter when needed.
Potential Depth Chart
Fultz/White/MCW
Fournier/Ross
Derozan/Iwundu
Isaac/Aminu
Vuc/Bamba/Birch

I'm also strangely interested in the possible re-acquisition of Tobias Harris, he's on a max contract and numbers are down across the board but if the price is right I dont think I'll be mad.

I like the idea of Hayward...a heady, versatile, ball-moving, scoring threat at the 3. He would complement Vuc, Fultz, Evan, and Isaac nicely...Those $$$ don't add up though, do they?
One guy I like and I think is equivalent value to AG is Lavine. He'd give us what we need, has some holes in his game but so does AG. I don't see how AG fits with CHI though and would require a 3rd team...perhaps CHI could add something to AG and get DLO back from GSW.

Left Augustine out, good catch.
Ehh I'm not a Lavine believer and dont think he'll play well with our current roster makeup and honesty with all things considered would much rather have Fournier.

I was thinking both Lavine and Evan ...and Ross...coming at you in waves, raining 3's

Fultz/DJ/MCW
Lavine/Ross
Fournier/Ross/Iwundu
Isaac/Aminu/Okeke
Vuc/Bamba/Birch
I like that Hayward lineup too

Bottom Line...I really like AG, I consider him one of the best players on the team ATM, but I think he'd be the least missed...in the long term, and perhaps has the highest trade value given his contract, present level, and upside. I would not be butthurt to see him killing it elsewhere if our TEAM is much improved by the trade.

Nets get: DJ Augustin, Aaron Gordon
Magic get: S. Dinwiddie, Joe Harris, T. Prince
I assume Nets laugh at that but hey, would make Magic team way more ballanced.

i like Harris, but i notice no one has really wanted to keep him around and his teams have never really gone far. not saying he is fools gold, but something is going on there

I really like this too, but they’ll probably want to replace Prince with Temple which I’ll be okay with too.
Some Brooklyn poster claims Harris is untouchable and the second most important player on their roster behind KD and it will take *several unprotected FRP’s to pry him away
Would you start Dinwiddie next to Fultz and slide Fournier to the 3 or would you prefer him off the bench?

Can someone explain the love for Lavine? I was just reading about how he went off on his coach about having to play defense

No idea dude, zero bbiq and plays atrocious defense. Doesn’t play winning basketball. People tend to get enamored with his scoring ability and completely disregard every other aspect of the game. Now don’t get me wrong I would welcome him here with open arms for the right deal, but imo the difference between him and Fournier is not significant at all.

Aminu going down really throws a wrench into possible Aaron Gordon trades right now.
The Magic don't have very much depth at the PF slot right now.
Say the Warriors were willing to do Gordon/Augustin for Russell on 12/15.
The new rotation would be something like...
PG: Fultz, Russell
SG: Russell, Carter-Williams
SF: Fournier, Ross
PF: Isaac, ?
C: Birch, Bamba
Not sure who would play backup PF. Just go small with Iwundu? Jefferson?

I’ll miss Gordon, but would help him with his bags. Russell/Fultz backcourt could be lethal and I strangely love the idea of sliding Fournier to the 3.
PG: Fultz, Carter-Williams
SG: Russell, Ross
SF: Fournier, Iwundu
PF: Isaac, *Faried
C: Birch, Bamba
Sign Faried for the remainder of the season and call it a day. He brings exactly what you need off the bench, the energy coming from him and MCW would be unmatched.
Then next year Okeke fights and earn him minutes between Iwundu/Aminu.

You guys wanna get nuts? Here's two trades that would only make sense if they both happen at the same time...
Trade 1: Nikola Vučević to Golden State for D'Angelo Russell
Trade 2: Aaron Gordon to Indiana for Myles Turner
Not sure what else it would take in terms of draft picks or fillers, but those would be the primary pieces involved.
G: Fultz, Augustin
G: Russell, Carter-Williams
F: Fournier, Ross
F: Isaac
C: Turner, Bamba
The only glaring hole at that point would be backup PF until Aminu is healthy. Perhaps the Magic could get Spellman or Leaf from GSW or IND back to fill that spot.

Gw and ind would jump on those trades
