If we win tonight against the CAVS

I think it means our team is legit. Even without Vuc. Imagine what we can do with a 100% healthy team including Vuc. I think our Defense has slipped a little but our Offense is straight ballin' - This is going to be a very important stretch of the schedule to determine if we are actually a legit team. We have a lot of difficult games coming up and I personally think that if we can grab a few of these games, it'll help me realize that this team is real and could make it deep into the playoffs.

I am sitting at work right now and cannot wait to make it home to watch the game.

Let's see how they do next week against the Bucks, Lakers and Rockets without Vucevic.

As much as I don't want it to happen, I'm guessing they go 0-3.

Shame you'll also have to re-fly the last leg of the trip.

Ok, we’d go 0-3 with Vuc too. That doesn’t mean anything

Those 3 teams are significantly better than the magic no matter what rotation we play. Try not to be delusional buddy

Regardless of whether or not the Magic would or would not win without Vucevic against the three high end playoff teams next week isn't really the point.

The OP said "if we win tonight against the Cavs I think it means our team is legit" which is a little silly because they're staring at an extremely likely 3 game losing skid after tonight.

I want to win every game, but let's be realistic here too.

If the Magic win tonight, their 11 victories would be over...

15-7 Sixers (without Embiid)
10-11 Suns
8-14 Spurs
7-13 Wizards - two times
6-15 Grizzlies
5-16 Cavs - three times
4-18 Knicks
4-19 Warriors

To be fair, the OP also acknowledged that we'd be better with Vuc " Imagine what we can do with a 100% healthy team including Vuc".

But we are basically in agreement, this team is not legit no matter who is playing. But I am glad we beat up on the bad teams, a lot of people seem to be taking that for granted (not saying that is you).

I'm happy and surprised we are around .500 at this point considering how we started the season. I don't understand why generally a lot of people on here are downplaying these wins. I know its people that are simply desperate to be right about there opinion we are the worst team in the league without Vuc, but they should be happy that maybe he has a legit supporting cast. But god forbid anyone see the bright side of things.

So, let me explain myself in 3rd grade terms

IF we win tonight and win 1 or perhaps 2 or even 3 next week, To me, it makes this a legit team

I predict we will go 2-2 on this 4 game stretch

I think our team is legit. But it’s not a title contender. It’s got plenty of potential but also plenty of spot needing to be cleaned up. That’s a fair assessment I think. And I’m going to predict that Magic do NOT go 0-3 next week. One of those teams goes on cruise control and we bite them. My best guess...Houston.

Exactly we are going to go 0-3 during that stretch with or without VUC but we are still better without VUC.
