Man it feels so wrong having NBA today with the devastating news about Kobe.

It should be a National day of mourning. Every kid growing up in the last 90’s and 2000’s knew who Kobe was even if they didn’t play or like basketball.

I love the Magic but I really don't care about this game tonight. I just can't.

Wonder if we will do something similar...

I don't know how these players are expected to play tonight. I wish the NBA would cancel games tonight.

Kyrie refusing to play. Lowry and Derozan have only made 2 shots combined at halftime... clearly out of it.

Least they could do is let them process it in private instead of on live TV...

Should be going smaller with the starters with Iwundu and saving Birch to bang with Montrezl.

This is a weird game I'm excited to watch the Magic play even though we've been ehhh bc I'm a real fan but sad to hear about Kobe.

Lou Williams was his former teammate, Doc knows him for basically whole his career, i belive both Kawhi and George said that he was their idol. This will be hard, hard game. Tbh i don't even care about result.

This is a very sad day.

Everyone has to get through this one tonight though.

Love this tribute to Kobe Bryant. The Clippers take a 24 Second Violation to start the game and then The Magic take an 8 Second Backcourt Violation to start the game.

This is one game is one where I just can't be critical of the energy. Obviously a very trying time for everybody.

I know it’s not important, but I thought Fultz was trying to take a 24 second violation and thought we ruined the entire thing by accidentally getting the wrong violation. Would be embarrassing.

Definitely was a nice gesture.

yea it's clear that players simply don't want to play. You can see that Lou Williams, Tyrone Lue, Doc, Gordon , Evan were all crying.
It's just impossible to be locked in when somebody you know died in such a tragic way. But not just him but his daughter as well.

NBA probably did not have time to cancel games tonigh but they should.

I like this court a lot. Probably looks cooler in person.
