Go ahead and let management know how you feel about this team.

This team blows, we helped break 2, 10 game losing streaks. We just lost to a 15 win team, on a day we didnt try and trade for a scorer while being the worst offense in the NBA.

I have tickets for Monday vs Atlanta, and I am only going to see Trae.

Besides that, checking to see how Fultz is progressing is the only interest I have in this dumpster fire.

I will not be going to any games until this roster is shaken up. I can not take Vooch and Fournier being our go to options any longer. If we sign Fournier to a deal and actually keep him (not sign and trade him) I’m not watching the magic anymore. I refuse to give my time to this boring ass team.

I wish we could get back to the Skiles mentality.. the goal is to finish the season with a winning record.
The belief that they are in good position to make the playoffs is prolly what lead to what, imo, was a lack of aggressiveness at the trade deadline... while sitting 7 games below .500 with 30 games remaining in the season.

If you want to see how I truly feel, I've given enough examples literally all over this forum all day. This is the WORST roster the Magic has EVER FIELDED in HISTORY. . . . And we had 20 win seasons.

Skiles quit on the team, what mentality is that?

I don't think I've ever felt worse about this team than I do these days and I've been a fan since before Shaq. We might have had teams that were overall worse record wise but I don't think I've ever seen a roster that just feels like it's going nowhere like this one. Sometimes I wish I was the kind of fan that could abandon a team and root for someone else but I still love the NBA and I just can't bring myself to cheer for anyone but the Magic.

Before he quit, at the beginning of the season, he said the focus was on finishing the season with a winning record, not necessarily making the playoffs. The thinking being, if you have a winning record, you'll prolly be in the playoffs.

You're not alone. Honestly, if I had League Pass, my fat ass would've abandoned this team for this season. I'd be watching the Thunder this year.

Think about it...When was the last time any magic player took a charge?

We know they commit several!

More of a lurker, so I don’t post often, but I will let it be known that I have given up on this team for the rest of the season. I have went to 2 home games with hopes of seeing a somewhat respectable product and have not came close to such thing.

Very annoyed and frustrated that we did not move an inch (Ennis trade is irrelevant) as every other playoff team or aspiring to be one made a move. Hell even Atlanta who has the worst record who has beaten us twice traded for Drummond. This team is dead to me until next season. What pisses me off more is if the Magic don’t do well then I lose complete interest in the NBA season. I have no second favorite team nor favorite players I follow. I BLEED Magic blue!!!

The low level of activity here -- for a place that is supposed to be for the most active Magic fans -- speaks for itself. And it has been really sad to personally see a lot of longtime season ticket holders dropping out of their plans in the last few years, people who were members since the 90's or even since '88. Before 2012, I believe we were actually one of the highest-% winning teams in the league, with stars playing throughout our franchise's history. Until Hennigan and WeHam. And it's mind-boggling to hear we hired expert consulting firms, in help acquiring successful or rising executives, just to see them do nothing impactful in Orlando. Looking at the cap sheet as part of my guidance for the reasoning, my bet is WeHam's window to be fired is going to be in 2022 and 2023, if/when results are mostly the same as the past three years. I predict they won't make any last-hoorah, tragic cap sheet mistakes like Hennigan did, but I believe they will leave us a little bit draft-pick mortgaged in the end. That's my venting, and it's more damning than anything else I can think to say.

Great thread idea, loved getting this off my chest!
And I don't say this as against any Magic players, I love all of our guys like Vooch, AG, Fournier, Fultz and JI, its just the two FOs the last 8 years have been disappointing. Who cares about making more small jumps with zero stars, when everyone else around is literally leaping past us from worser starting places?!

The positive:
I might be more optimistic for JI and Fultz's future improvement than any other Magic player since Dwight left, including Oladipo. Okeke has something beautiful going for him too, we haven't seen him play yet.
There are also enough solid veterans here to surprise us some day with, like, a 6th seed team, and good cap management not to be locked into it either!

+1 my guy. I'm having this problem a little bit too.

Management/Ownership/Whoever the hell is running the show has completely destroyed this franchise. If you idiots resign Fournier, then I'm done. That's proof to me that you have no intention on putting a winning product on the floor any time soon.

We aren't bad because we can't shoot. We're bad because we can't shoot and we take a lot of jumpers. An elite defensive team that is efficient at attacking the basket and mid-range and only takes wide open 3's would be a pretty damn good team. Everyone talks about modern basketball, like every team has to jack up 3's. The reality is being efficient on both ends is what is important. Collectively the team has to get way more aggressive going to the basket. It happened last year the second half of the season, and we were legit decent team at that point. Lets hope it happens again because this product is hard to watch.

Honestly, after a decade of “patiently waiting” I’m just fed up. I like certain guys on the team. Vuc, Fultz, Issac, and TRoss, but Evan Fournier is abysmal. He’s the reason we’re losing!!! In competitive games he chucks up awful shots or dribbles around looking for “his” and turns the damn ball over, EVERY GAME. I’m so sick to death of him, I hate his game and want him off this team. Addition by subtraction.

Gordon’s a finished product, and he’s a mistake prone guy like Fournier. Too much fancy dribbling and clanging the ball off the rim. A good but not great player. I’m fine moving on from him as well. The rest of the roster is inconsequential. I’d honestly keep Vuc, Fultz and Issac and move the rest. I doubt Weltman and Hammond have any real plan to grab a scorer for us.

Chuma Okeke excites me exactly ZERO. No offense. Our decades long draft history produced one star for the Indiana Pacers, you’re welcome.

I swear I’ll be done with the NBA if the Magic resign Fournier this summer. I’m a Magic die hard, could care less about any other team.

So we, as a family, are ready to move on past WeHam right? I have literally 0 faith in them at this point.

I hope so, because i dont see JI as anything more than a defensive role player. Fultz has potential, but only if he gets his outside shot back. And he also needs to call up Derrick Rose and spend some time with him. Rose was never a good 3 pt shooter and still is an impact player. Fultz is also a better passer than Rose.

I cant make an opinion on Okeke until we see him play. Playing against college players much different than NBA
