No KAT is a good thing for us. However, the combo of Russell and Beasley is scary. They can both get hot at any time. Hopefully the Magic stop starting off slowly. I feel like the only way we win is putting them away early. Can't have them hanging around.

We've also seen that Juancho bum go off on us before as well. Can't let that happen again.

This game is won by the Magic at the 2 and 5 slots. (Lack of SG bench depth and lack of height).

So: WIN JUST WIN !!!!!

No Towns is big for us, Russell will probably make up the difference. Beasley goes 5-5 from 3

Wolves 126 Magic 80

Hopefully Savior can continue to give us 10+. We're gonna need him to for the rest of the season if DJ and Ross don't turn it around and stay consistent.

To be fair, the Wolves did give up a first round pick to get him and are only getting him on his cheap rookie contract for like 30 games or whatever before he hits free agency this summer.

It wasn't like they got him for nothing.

Fair, but restricted free agent.

I just thought he is sure-shot-- at worst 6th ,7th guy in rotation even with Nuggets. They just invested too much in Harris to let it go, for better or worst.

Harris is very good defensively. Beasley isn't. Beasley was in and out of Malone's doghouse. He was out of the rotation for a while earlier this year for a foul he committed near midcourt that allowed Phoenix, I believe, to send a game into overtime.

Denver has terrific depth and they traded some of it off for future assets.

Beasley can shoot, but he isn't really what we need. He is basically Terrence Ross.

Timberwolves commentators sound like they're weighing in on the last sweater vest discussion.

Fournier 2-14 (14%) in clutch shots in the final minute, 12-43 (27%) when expanded to the last 5 minutes. Gordon, comparatively, is shooting 65% in those final 5 minutes.

They've been cupping Markelle's right shoulder.

Nice to see Markelle with no hesitation about shooting the mid-range early.

Gordon is an entirely different player lately than what he was to start this season. No longer waving players off for an ISO, instead he's directing Vuc to post up and getting him the ball.
