So Mo bulked up but forgot about cardio? He wasn't injured pre shutdown or anything.

I think they took one look at his bigger torso and skinny legs and decided thats an injury waiting to happen...

Ahhh, makes sense. With Vuc we've got the luxury to take our time with Mo and get his body right first, so no probs a smart move.

It’s just a scrimmage but we’re never fully healthy. Someone is a always on a minutes restriction or completely out. Hopefully we get Fultz and JI back at 100%.

MO forgot about leg day? Shees I would have preferred he goy tree trunk legs during the lcokdown rather than.bulking up.upper.body.

When you are working out at home, its a lot easier to use a bench press or lift with dumbells than it is to install a squat rack (which they probably would be reluctant to have him use unsupervised) or a leg press.

Well if you have enough space to install bench press, you can just as easly put bar on the ground and do deadlifts that put emphasis on a legs... Hexadeadlift bar is much safer for deadlift for tall people but still not peace of equipment that requires that much space (and according to new fitness coaches one of key exercises for athletes nowdays).
Walking lunges, goblet squats, split squats are some of things you can do for legs that require minimum space and 2 dumbbells...
What's true issue when it comes to working home alone is muscle imbalance and fact that it's much harder to put any sort of mass in your legs. Bamba always had solid uper body frame to put muscles on, he probably does not have genetics ( and he is flat out too tall) for strong, thick legs and glutes.

BTW, the “skinny fragile legs” thing was a guess, let’s not run off the rails with this

He came into the bubble later than everyone else, probably precautionary so his body isn't thrown into a situation it's not conditioned for

This is what the season comes down to, "We're getting open shots, we just gotta make 'em."
