Great thread. Continue to wall off Giannis and make him beat us from the outside. Cannot let him slip in on screens or lose him on backdoor cuts. Continue to be physical with Middleton without fouling cause we cannot allow him to get going. Allow Bledsoe to shoot from the outside and not live in the paint. Close out on their shooters and make them shoot over contested defense.

Offensively, continue to spam that two man game with Fultz and Vuc. Make quick decisions with the basketball and move the ball around to scramble their defense. Continue to draw Giannis and Brook away from the paint so that the lanes are open. Limit the live ball turnovers. If we can neuter their transition game for the majority of the game, we have a great shot at this again. I want to see the Magic fight once again. We have nothing to lose.

Our Vets already know that the bucks will attempt to knock us out in the first 6 minutes of the game, we get through that and make shots it could lead to frustration, nervousness and missed shots for the bucks !

I don't think ur guys are scared and I believe they will come out with the right effort and attitude early on, so this game will most likely come down to whether or not we can make enough shots.

They need to know it will be like a boxing match, losing team will try to K.O. them and come guns blazing in first 5 min. Gotta survive first storm.

Vucevic shooting will be the key once again. People made fun of him during season, said he is not a shooter and shouldnt try it. Well if you want to win in the playoffs you have to walk out of your comfort zone. We need Vucevic shooting the 3 and being aggressive, we need Fournier moving the ball, we need Gordon settling as our 4-5th offensive option, we need Fultz to attack the paint, and convert in midrange. Bucks have no one to guard Vucevic if he is shooting 3s, and when they close out hard he will beat them off the dribble or pass. I expect big game from Middleton. It will be tough.

ESPN has Gordon and Carer-WIlliams out for game-2. Any confirmation?

That's just the way it works, unfortunately. The same way if we were to somehow win this game or by some miracle win this series the other side would ridicule those of us who have been suggesting a complete teardown.

Personally, the outcome of this series has zero effect on the direction I think this team should take.

Oladipo literally only had 1 single break out season and from there has been on a sharp decline. His "former self" is who he's playing like lol

The breakout season was the anomaly.

People are really sleeping on them getting ersan back. He always kills the magic and spaces floor even more. If we get ag back he may bring a doffrent dynamic for us as well. He just has to play within his self, make the extra pass. Im not sure how this one is gonna go but I just want to not get blown out. Keep it close, make it fun. Go magic
