Who said anything about obligation? I just said "want".

My point remains the same. Why want that?

Why want to see someone do well even if they're not on my team? I suppose it's because I'm not an utter douchebag. How's that answer for you?

I mean, that should be like the 99th reason down the list of why we’d move him. Secure incoming value first, worry about our team priorities, and THEN worry about the positives of a fresh start for AG. It’s a cutthroat business—I don’t even “kinda” want to see him moved for anything other than an advantageous haul for us.

Look man, you've just gone and fabricated your own argument. Wanting to see AG (or Vuc, or Fournier) do well regardless of what team he plays on isn't mutually exclusive to wanting to see my own team do well.

Even if he's traded to a bad situation in a deal that benefits us, I still want to see him do well. Though, WeHam do seem to try to do right by the players, which can only be good for the rep of the team.

I feel like the magic have always been trying to trade him but they never do. I remember his name being on the white board incident, lol.

Since he tore his knee, they gave him a g league contract instead last season.

G- league with some perks (like being able to train in Orlando). There were some rumors he was loaned money. SO that means he was living an NBA ballers life-style even at Lakeland.

I'd rather ask for Hunter. He obviously probably won't be Kawhi but he gives me vibes of him. Reddish just doesn't seem to have the fire to me, plays well below his talent for whatever reason.

https://www.blazersedge.com/2020/11/17/21572013/aaron-gordon-trade-rumors-robert-covington-portland-trail-blazers-nba-2020

According to this article... For those that discussed the haul that houston got for Robert covington.... And those that said the AG wouldn't get as much.... Apparently this package was initially offered to orlando and they said "nah". So.... Let's see where they do value AG at and what they would accept... If they do so.

2 first-round picks and an expiring contract seems like decent value for Aaron Gordon. It'll be interesting to compare whatever receive for Gordon in a potential trade to what they turned down.

Could Orl be trying to get in on one of these star moves as the third wheel and are keeping Gordon for that?

If we trade him at all, which I do not expect at this point.

He’s are only forward that isn’t injured and can actually play. I would be surprised if we traded him.
