I'm local to central Florida and couldn't stay a fan if the Magic moved. As miserable as following this team is, losing them would be like having a vital organ ripped out of me. The Devos family have been good owners, I think. They've spent money on this team. You can hate Amway or disagree with their politics, but that's irrelevant to the Magic as a basketball team. Alex Martins did damage during the time he was actively involved in basketball operations, and his recent statement was absurd, but I don't believe he is responsible for the complacency now. I think this is just how Weltman operates. I enjoy ragging on Martins, but he's a big reason why we're still in Orlando, so there's a limit to how much I could ever dislike him.
11/18/2017 - I have officially disowned Nikola Vucevic and branded him a loser.

- Skal Labissiere was my guy in 2016 pre-trade. Whoops, but I still believe.
- Malik Monk was my guy in 2017. Whoops(?)
- Mo Bamba was my guy in 2018. TBD.

Chuma is 36/34/64 those 3% points you added make it look much closer than reality. Not to mention Chuma’s FGA is 121 vs Bey’s 322

That AG to Aminu missed layup is why AG wants to get the F out of here

He moved his percentages up after the 5-5 first half.

Chuma is being trained to be a screen setter for our stars. Bey is being trained to be a scorer.

Honestly, what are the chances we make a trade? I'm at like 1%. I don't think they'll do anything.

Some good points here.

Bottom line: the Magic aren't going anywhere.

Don't let these trolls and "fans" let you think otherwise.

I get people's frustrations but come on. Makes me wonder if some folks here can enjoy and appreciate anything about being a Magic fan.

Nothing wrong with venting and being upset. I feel it too.

But we can still enjoy what it means to be a fan of this team, even if it's the little things.

Y'all going to make me start a thread on what we appreciate about being a Magic fan.

Let the trade deadline pass and some kind of shape toward a new future start to take shape and people will find reasons for positivity.

The last decade has felt more like cheap tricks and illusions rather than ‘magic’, and it’s all finally starting to come to a head with some forced significant roster movement.

Franchise wise, I totally get local loyalty and I’m not advocating moving the franchise. Owner wise, people are free to their own opinions, and I expect some of their shine to start fading over the coming years.

Martins understands the business side of running the Magic and the downtown setup I agree, however we can’t omit the influence he has on rushing the development process of our team leading to us reaching a ceiling of 7-8 seed in a weak East and 1st round exits leading us to have to practically rebuild again.

It set us back a 1/2 decade atleast. While still trying to sell it to the people that this team is championship material, sell it to developers and contractors sure but fans aren’t gonna go for that. Especially not Orlando fans and fairweathers who were heavily spoiled with star talent in our first 2 decades.

AG and Fournier are pacing us in minutes on a back-to-back the day before a trade deadline. You can't make it up.

Now I’m afraid that they’ll be pacing us in minutes on Friday.
