Not like we have to worry about winning anyway. So might as well take a look at it.

Im all for it. As long as it doesn't shake his confidence when opposing PFs just drive or blow by around him.

I ate my crow for Okeke, but now I'm going to dish some out for WCJ. I got some heat for saying that he was already a walking Double Double when the trade happened but you saw tonight what he can do with 30 plus minutes. As he develops the 3pt shot and continues to grow confidence offensively, he's only going to keep getting better.

I called him Al Horford when the trade happened, && I'm only feeling more confident in my prediction now. He was not just some bust throw-in, he is already a quality NBA starting-level player with upside.

This trade to me is still aging like a fine wine. I really liked it when it happened, && I'm slowly starting to love it.

If WCJ just stays at his current level (not 20/10, but just good solid winning basketball on both ends) and the two picks end up as decent lottery picks then this trade was a home run.

Vučević has still not won a game as a Bull.

And now their other star is injured. Things that make you go hmmm... I'm not blaming Vuc, but strange coincidence. :D

I was a big fan of Carter over Bamba coming into the draft. Now Clifford can end the dispute.
Goodbye Vucevic, welcome lotttery picks !!!

They are 8th now and have around a 26% chance of getting a top 4 pick. I'd take those odds.

dont worry you will get the 5th-10th bc AK already all ined.
If he does stupid stuff like tanking, he will get fired with BD so Bulls wont be bad as worst but competitive to become bottom 10.
His stupidity will cost a top 5 pick in 2023 is what I really fear. Protection was way too loose.
God told Derrick to rise, so Derrick Rose.

You will be sorely disappointed if you are expecting Al Horford. WCJ isn't even a dollar store Al Horford.

Magic fans are only looking for a Center that is solid on both ends and is not overpaid to be that.

WCjr seems to fit the Bill for now. Bulls fans make WCjr seem like Bismack Biyombo on Offense and Vuc on Defense.

Question: if the Bulls pick fails to convey this year, does the 2023 FRP shift to 2024?
I assume yes as a team cannot trade consecutive FRPs.

For trade purposes, I believe the answer is yes. That top 4 protected 2023 1st would shift to top 3 protected 2024 1st because the Bulls are not legally allowed to owe to consecutive 1st rounders.

However...

From a practical standpoint, that 2023 top 4 protected 1st would still be on the table for the Magic because there is the faint possibility that the 2022 Bulls 1st could become a pair of 2nd rounders. If that happened and both the 2021 and 2022 picks didn't convey to Orlando in the first round, then I believe (but not positive) that the 2024 pick would actually shift back to a 2023 pick.

I could be wrong on that, but I believe that would be the case since we'd know where the Bulls 2022 pick was going to land well before the draft, by lotto night at the latest.

After seeing the way WCj and Bamba compliment each other, this trade has been everything anyone could've asked for. That pick is coming to us this year!!!!!!!!!
Markelle Fultz, Jalen Green, Chuma Okeke, Jonathan Isaac, Wendell Carter Jr.
Cole Anthony, RJ Hampton, Corey Kispert, Mo Bamba. LET'S GO!

With this trade, WeHam have made two of the top 5 trades in Orlando Magic history. (Vuc and Fultz trades)
Free Mo Bamba
