I woke up and it was Celtics game brodcasting and i saw Joe Johnson,Luke Kornet, CJ Miles and Taco. I thought it was exibition game for something. Figured it's two playoff teams on East. To add insult to injury, Cedi Osman was out there pretending he is Kobe.

If i want to watch fringe nba players try to jack shots i watch low tear Euroleague teams , not nba

Such a garbage. Just stop playing and resume in 1 month.

Who wants to watch 5 G-League players and 2 retired players in each team?

JJ claims David Griffin was the reason the Bulls and Heat lost second-round picks for tampering.

I couldn't care less what or who is responsible for instigating the investigation. I'm glad it happened. The only disappointing thing about all of this is that the NBA gave them slaps on the wrist.

I remember when Minnesota got a stiff fine and lost 5 first-round draft picks for signing Joe Smith or when Juwan Howard's contract with the Heat was voided. At some point, the NBA took cheating seriously. They don't now. The league has given everyone permission to negotiate deals before free agency opens. The losers in all of this are the teams that play by the rules (if there are any).

AMEN...f**k the cheaters. I'm in a business where everybody cheats but me. I wish they'd punish them enough to be deterrent.

It's pointless. Those are grown a** men and multi million dollars companies. There is clear mutal interest between one Kyle Lowry and Heat.
For crying out loud, Paul Millsap's agent ( allegedly, but we know it happened) leaked that Magic want to sign him on huge deal so he can leveradge nogotations with Atlanta.

Lakers clownshow keeps on rolling. That team sounds like best team in history, if it's 2015 not 2022.

I don't know about any alleged leaks but didn't the Magic ACTUALLY tender Millsap a $20m offer?

Obviously, there's a lot of talking behind the scenes, but there's (apparently) a line in the sand that the NBA has decided to enforce to avoid the egregious violations.

So early favorite to win it all are Warriors, aren't they?
Steph Curry climbing that greatest of all time list on daily bases nowdays.

The Suns can play very good defense. It's gotta be one of those two though.

Cleveland was one of my dark horses to win the title (with Utah as the other). The metrics with Rubio were outstanding and all that was missing was closing out games.

It must suck to be a Cavs fan. But that is generally true anyhow.

Love and Rubio had great chemistry that they built in Minnesota. Love was having a resurgence as a really good player.

I'd trade them Cole for Sexton and a future first-rounder.

Isn't Cole every bit as good as Sexton right now...with the same concerns? Cole's also not due a big payday (or an exit). Cole has not yet alienated his teammates with his ball-pounding shot hunting like Sexton. I'd bet on Cole over Sexton long term...even without the financials AND a pick thrown away. I seem to remember that Sexton was an ultra-competitive defensive savage (though a little undersized) coming out of the draft...but his rep now is just an undersized guy who can't play point or defense, getting his shots and 20ppg (no matter how it looks) will get you paid by someone. No thanks.

I might do it only if the future first-round pick came from Cleveland. Sexton is more of a two-guard than Cole. I'd make sure that Sexton agreed to a reasonable deal first.

We're going to be in a dilemma with Cole at the end of next season when he's due for an extension. It feels like Greg Anthony is using his media influence to sway what the Magic front office does. He could turn on them and rally the public to run them out of town.

My bad...I read your offer wrong. I had the pick in the wrong direction.

I still wouldn't as I believe somebody who has more use for Sexton than us will pay him more than we should.

Scottie Barnes can't catch a break. He's just back from Covid and now has tendonitis in his right knee.

With their win, OKC is now only 1 1/2 games our of a play-in slot.

We are living in the Matrix!

Man how good is Morant?? The sky is the limit for this kid. To be honest the Grizzlies in general are just fun to watch.
