Add Fultz to the 5th to move up for one of the Jalens.

Unpopular opinion, I know

Who cares? Another time we got screwed. Never matters. This is why I hate tanking. I'd rather we get screwed in other ways. The NBA doesn't want us to succeed.

We should trade whatever we have to in order to move up. There's some good prospects in our range but no one good enough to center a rebuild around.

Barnes.

He’s BPA.

He fits the profile of what the FO usually goes for; length, defense, athleticism.

He fills a need; playmaking.

He’s a local kid.

We got the #5 in what many are saying is a five player draft. All things considered, it could be worse for certain. Still proud of the Magic for losing those last two against Philly. One more loss and we would be sitting where OKC is at #6.

I'm disappointed, but I would've been crazy mad if we landed any lower. Been talking about this being a Top 5 draft all year. Now people are saying it was a top 4.... just to be mad, I guess?

Jonathan Kuminga is a player I can get hyped for. Worried about his 3 pointer? He'll come around.

Yeah im gonna go with who cares

Kuminga is such a long term project
Barnes is the most overrated player in the draft and is basically just a poor mans draymond

At this point at 5, give me Jalen Johnson and moody at 8 and let me start studying next years **** draft because we are gonna be garbage again next year

You package 5 + someone to move up to 3 with Cleveland. They don’t necessarily need a guard and might be interested and get who they want at 5.
A scoring guard.. never heard of one.

Yay! The players available in our range can't shoot and only play defense. . . Joy. . .

Could have been much worse... We picking at #6 and Chicago with #1. I would have been beside myself.

5+8 can't move us up... Jonathan Kuminga it might be. Loved the thought of him when we were in that range... I guess I can't be mad at it now. Lol.

Kuminga + moody at 8 ... Could still have the potential to be a great draft.

I think we did fine, We got the 5th and 8th pick. If I could choose what overall pick I want the most it would be the #2 overall pick. The #1 pick is too much pressure. Have 2 guys on the big board and take who the team with the #1 overall pick doesn't draft.

They just said on ESPN they having the Magic drafting Jonathan Kuminga. Nbadraft.net has the Magic taking Kuminga and Moses Moody. I might take James Bouknight or Davion Mitchell since they are PG'S.

I don't have faith his 3 pointer will come around, I've always believed it was a top 4 draft. Personally, I don't know if I can't take watching another "I he only develops his shot prospect".

Your right. Now let's quit tanking and go trade picks and players for a star to get rolling in the right direction
