If he had this kind of potential and present ability.. how did he get cut by a lot of teams especially the Celts where they were dying at the 5spot for a productive 7footer.

It shouldn’t be. He’s a third string player. You sign guys like that for Dwayne Bacon type contracts, one year minimum.

He’s just a guy.

He'll get at the minimum 15m over 3 years guaranteed. He's a guy that will probably top out as a near 40% 3 pt shooter.

Birch was worth a 2 year 6 million. Why can't Wagner be worth that?
