that s 15, shopping done

Unless we cut/trade Bacon and get a Vet SF instead, but bacon is soooo cheap and expires next summer

Bacon is soooo cheap for a reason. I am doing my best to avoid any stupid puns, and we can move on from this oxymoronic chapter in Magic Basketball history.

G: Suggs, Anthony, Fultz (for now until he's healthy)
G: Harris, Hampton, Carter-Williams
F: Okeke, Ross
F: Isaac, Wagner, Wagner
C: Carter, Bamba, Lopez

I really like this roster. A lot of flexibility I want to see a good amount of 3 guard lineups with Hampton and maybe even Harris at the 3.

I'd put Franz at SF and move Ross to greener pastures. I prefer the big lineups to the 3 guard ones, but suppose they all have their place. Really would like to see Suggs, Hampton(or Harris), Franz, Chuma, JI.

OR MCW, Harris, Franz, Okeke, JI, both for the train wreck on offense, and just to test how far a defense can go.

Ross and Harris wont be here long, Ross will be moved by the trade deadline
Draft Carter
Sign monk
Trade Cole for a forward
Let chuma+fultz go
Offer Harris and goga a 1+1 deal

unleash Jett next seaon

Go Magic

Suggs, AB, Carter
Monk, Jett, Harris
Franz, Jett, Houstan
Paolo, Moe, (Cole trade)
Wcj, JI, goga

Glad to be wrong about this one...I figured Franz taking his number was the final piece of evidence. I like this a lot.

You were right, I thought he'd get 3 years in the 15m range.

I don't even consider myself right on this one. I was convinced he'd only get a 1 year deal for close to the minimum and he may have gotten more.

did he though? seemed meh in 3 games and 1 good game vs Nigeria

Im fine with this. He played decent for us.

Is Bacon still on the team? I thought there was an option on the 2nd year

A downside to adding a power forward with the 14th roster spot, leaving the 15th roster spot open and waiving Bacon is that it would leave the Magic without an obvious starter at small forward. James Ennis III, who occupied that role for much of last season, is an unrestricted free agent. But Magic officials could be willing to piece together playing time at the three with a combination of Michael Carter-Williams, Wagner, Okeke, Gary Harris, Terrence Ross and perhaps even Hampton.

well deserved,he shoots nicely the ball last season with us.

and can be useful as locker room guy, especially for his brother and his adaptation to nba.

only thing i am not entusiastic is this size thing, seems they still try to build an enormous team and i am not too high on that.
