Warriors about to play. I'm interested to see Kuminga & Moody.

I posted in the other thread... Kuminga can drive and score through traffic. Moody showed his3pt shot and foul-baiting ability (lol)

That center for Miami, Omer Yurtseven, can do some things. I like him as a big.

I truly don't understand the AG/Kuminga comparisons. While raw, Kuminga is far more skilled as a player at the same age. Keeping in mind it's summer league, in 3,4 years this Kuminga might be a decent player.

You dont see a lot of dribbling which leads to tough contested shots ? Kuminga is more dynamic and has better touch around the rim, but on the other hand AG looked like superstar in summer league and he would never had 0 assists with 6 turnovers

Yes, you could say that but I was speaking in terms of skills than habit. At the same age Kuminga is a better dibbler and his game is a lot more fluid than AG's. Coming out of college AG was mostly a leaper who's game resembled Blake Griffin and it was questioned if he can play the 3 but I believe Kuminga can definitely play the three. He seems like a more athletic Leonard than a AG.

Kuminga was such a weird pick for Golden State.
They have Curry, Klay and Green all aged 32-34 and all locked in on long-term deals which ostensibly makes them a win now team.
But the last two drafts they've opted to select three teenagers rather than swap those picks for veterans who can help them immediately.
As far as Kuminga goes, I thought he looked pretty much the same as how he looked in the G-League bubble. Certainly there were a few tantalizing flashes, but he's just so unbelievably raw overall that I am hard pressed to see how he contributes positively to winning for a while.
Moody seems like he a much easier path to helping GSW early on as a 3&D guy even though he's also very young.

I completely agree with you. In GSW's win now mode, I think picking a player as young as Kuminga instead of trading him for a vet not only hurts GSW's championship goals but also hurts Kuminga's development. It is the Wiseman situation all over again. But it seems like many GSW fans think otherwise, they believe they can win and develop Kuminga at the same time. I don't believe that is the case but we'll find out.

I'm in the camp they try and flip Kuminga for a vet.
