Kinda dumb, but is it really?

I really like PB, I think he will take us places. Here’s a weird thought I have though.
His favorite player is Lebron. Lebron does not like Orlando. WHAT IF Paolo ends up being that special guy, and Lebron begins doing the talk under the jersey mentorship thing he does with players after games. Could Lebron influence PB to bounce after his deal(s) are up? Imagine if your idol gave you advice? Your hero gives you advice, it’s probably hard to ignore.
I know I know.. your talking many many years from now, BUT…… what if?

Who said Lebron doesn't like Orlando?
And, if any team becomes a contender, that is the place players want to be.

My bigger worry would be if Seattle got a team, but even that is such a minor worry that I wouldn't even think about for the next 6 years

Maybe Shaq and TMac will like PB too. We could start a seniors league.
At some point, these older players lose their value. That's why I don't see a lot of value in KD either. He's 34 and had an Achilles injury a couple of years ago.

We have a lot of years before this is anything we need to worry about.
If he is what we hope then we can offer a max or even super max and keep him locked in for a long time.
It’s that 3rd deal where things get difficult, similar to Dwight. Have we done enough by then to keep him interested? Time will tell.

...and, I might add that this latest round of trade demand fiascos makes me think the next CBA negotiations will further enhance the ability of teams to have some semblance of control over their own, under contract, players.
Better things to worry about...like Suggs' shot

He looked like a Lakers fan on draft day.

Lol, by the time Paolo's deal is up LeBron would most likely be retired or half of what he was as a player.
It's a stretch...

You guys are too paranoid. What if the world ends by then?
Locking because I don't see this as a real discussion of any merit.
